This home sleeps up to 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.



- Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub.

- Bedroom #2 has a king size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and tv.

- Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed and tv.

The home has 2 additional bathrooms, each with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Walk-In with two steps up to entry.

- Parking space for 2 vehicles is available in the driveway.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Washer and dryer in unit.

- The home is equipped with a security attached to the front door facing the entry way for security purposes.

- The Communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason
