We had a wonderful stay. There were enough beds for all 22 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Max was very responsive. Would definitely stay at Cloud 9 again.

The kitchen is very well equipped. No shortage of utensils or dishes. We had 14 people and fixed a minimum of two meals a day. Having 6 grandson the house had plenty of sleeping choices and plenty of activities. We enjoyed staying at this property

Great for family of all ages

This was a great place for a family vacation. We had grandparents down to toddlers and this place had something for everyone. We really appreciated having the high chair and the kitchen stocked.

Great stay

This house was beautiful with a great view! It felt like a very safe area and the pool was only a short walk away. Parking was a little limited, but we managed to not have to walk to far throughout the stay. The rental was in desperate need of a deep clean. Underneath furniture was caked with dust and riddled with possessions from previous guests. Otherwise, most of the rental was clean. I would suggest closing out a couple days and bringing in a real cleaning crew. The rental is within 30 minutes of most things worth seeing. Overall, great stay.

Great stay!

The house was even better than the pictures! The upstairs bedrooms were way bigger than I expected. There was a nice path down to the lake nearby that we enjoyed.

Great location on the lake and very close to the marina. We had 14 in the house with room to spare. House is very nice and clean and the community is new, clean, and had a pool and pickelball. We will likely book again next year! Highly recommend!

Fourth of July at the Lake

Wonderful home with all the comfort and entertainment needed for a multi-generational family! Had all the necessities to be your home away from home. Kids loved the triple bunk bed room, game room, private hot tub, and pool area. Conveniently located near major Lake attractions. Only recommendation for home owner would be better shower curtains as water tends to leak out onto the floor. Highly recommend staying at this property!

Fabulous Property for Any Age

We stayed at Cloud 9 for a family vacation to Branson. This property has absolutely everything that you can think of for all ages with foosball, shuffleboard and a large variety of board games. A very short walk to the pool which was great for the kids. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed to cook for our large group and the selection of pots and pans was more than we needed. The deck had a beautiful view of the lake and we spent every evening sitting outside relaxing after a full day of activities Our group was age 6 to 66 and no one had any complaints. Communication with the host was very quick and they responded immediately when contacted. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!

Family reunion

The house was excellent in size, number of bedrooms, kitchen accessories, and location. The seven grandchildren loved the game room, hot tub and patio area, spending numerous hours in the community swimming pool, outdoor and indoor. The adults enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake. Everything functioned as expected, we had an issue with a smoke alarm and the management responded immediately. Wonderful stay and memories for the 13 of us.

Very nice house! Very clean and easy to get around. Love the location! I would recommend this house.

Perfect Branson Large Group

We had 23 family members stay here. We had plenty of room. Every family had a bathroom. We had a girls bunkroom and a boys bunkroom. We were very pleased! The gameroom downstairs was great for the kids! Several adults and kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Really a great place!!

Beautiful place to stay.

As friends gathered to retreat and spend time in Bible study and prayer, we found ourselves in a beautiful and spacious home. It was delightful. The view of the lake was amazing. I would highly recommend. There was plenty of space to gather as a group. And plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms to accommodate all of us.

Perfect family reunion spot

This property is perfect for large groups. It’s beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you need, and the location is wonderful. The view of the lake is peaceful, and it’s a short walk down a path to the actual lake. Nearly every bedroom has its own full bathroom, making it easy to shower all of our 12 kids and 10 adults after we came back from the lake/pool/long day outside. Bonus for families with small children: even though the decor was attractive, there were very few breakable items sitting around, allowing parents to let their kids play in peace. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t ask for more!

Very clean and well maintained home. Our large family group fit perfectly in this beautiful get away. Location was great for Branson activity, Table Rock lake boating, and a visit to Dogwood canyon. We will remember this property for our future trips to Branson!

Fantastic house!

We really enjoyed Cloud 9! The house was so spacious with lots of beds and we didn’t use them all. This house had one of the best lake views in the community. The house was just as pictured. The pool was great with the slide. Kids loved it. It’s a relatively small pool for as many houses as there are but we were lucky it was never too crowded. The indoor pool came in handy the one afternoon it rained. We loved the location to Branson… short drive to all our activities but located on the Table Rock Lake away from all the traffic. It was maybe a half mile to the Marina where we went on a great Catamaran adventure. We would definitely stay here again! Max was very helpful and responsive.
