The Space:
Comprised of two completely separate homes—Pineapple Pointe and Pineapple Shores—located right next door to each other, guests have the flexibility to book individually or reserve both together, making the entire property yours for the duration of your stay. Side by side, these homes offer the perfect balance of gathering space and privacy. With soaring ceilings, open-concept layouts, and multiple living areas, your group can spread out while still coming together for meals, games, and evenings on the deck.
Between the two kitchens—each outfitted with stainless steel appliances, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and generous seating—you’ll have plenty of room to cook, dine, and entertain. Entertainment abounds with not one, but two game rooms: Pineapple Shores features a Mortal Kombat arcade game, while Pineapple Pointe offers Street Fighter. Both homes also include gaming consoles stocked with dozens of classic games, along with pool tables, TVs, and lounge seating. • Lot parking available for 8 vehicles on a first come, first serve basis.
• These homes are pet-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 30 lbs or less, may be brought. (Maximum of 1 dog per home.) If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.
• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
• This home is a combined listing of two homes located next door to one another, Pineapple Shores and Pineapple Pointe. Smaller parties are encouraged to book one of these individual properties.
• These homes are walk-in units. each with a ramp available for guest convenience.
• Portable cribs provided in both homes.
