During the season, guests also have access to the community's outdoor pool, offering another place to cool off and spend time together.



The Space:

Branson has been home to Yakov Smirnoff for many years, and his passion for the area continues to grow. Captivated by the stunning landscapes, welcoming people, and peaceful atmosphere of Table Rock Lake, Yakov invested in these condos to share a piece of that experience with others. His vision was simple: create beautiful places where families and friends can reconnect, unwind, and enjoy everything the Ozarks have to offer. From sunrise over the lake to evenings spent together after exploring Branson, every detail is meant to help create lasting memories.



The open living space is designed to make the most of the lake views, with large windows and glass doors that fill the home with natural light. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and counter seating for three, while the dining table seats up to six beside windows that frame the water. In the living room, a comfortable couch and loveseat provide seating around the cable TV, and the glass doors open to a private balcony where expansive lake views take center stage. Whether you're enjoying breakfast with a view, relaxing on the balcony, or heading out for a day of adventure, Smirnoff Pointe provides a comfortable home base on the shores of Table Rock Lake.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 2 vehicles available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• This home is a one level, second-floor unit with 9 steps required to reach the elevator.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home.

• The outdoor communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.



This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy.
