"Very disappointed with our stay at Grand Bear Resort. For the price we paid, the resort was poorly maintained and full of issues that should have been addressed long ago. The in-room fireplace did not work because the resort shuts them off starting April 1st, but this was never disclosed when booking. ..."

"The hotel was fine. Room was OK. Only negative was the pool was at 75° after we researched it. It should at least been 80° in my children could not comfortably be in the actual pool. We were in the hot tub which was over 100° the entire day so fix the pool. You may have more swimmers."

"In all was a good experience. A family run the place so even tho we had no disturb sing and check out was a certain day we were waken up 1st time to ask for garbage and 2nd they open the door because their paperwork showed checking out that day which it was not.The back door entrance would not lock ..."
