“The location was even better than advertised. No details were forgotten - everything in the kitchen if wanted to prepare something as well as coffee and snacks. When I went to bed I wondered about the train noise and then saw that there was an ambient sound machine at the head of the bed!!”

“Coffee maker didn't have the coffee tray and the replacement i asked for didn't fit. The TV clicker looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom floor had crud around the edges. Behind the nightstand (i needed the outlet) was a plastic fork and really dusty. That outlet was the only one that was tight enough to hold a plug in.
One room that was visible from the front first floor parking lot had shredded curtains hanging.
The room smelled like old smoke.
