“The room was clean but overall the property is old and run down. It is okay for a biker, but "not" a family.”

“The hotel needs some attention and updates. Our room was filthy with sticky floors, hair all along the floor of the bathtub and in the tub itself and on the shower curtain. The top bedspread had not been washed and smelled like body odor. The door lock would work randomly and was a pain to get into the room. The luggage carts are broken or falling apart. “I was very disappointed with my stay. The room appeared clean at first, but unfortunately I found roaches in the room, which made the experience very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Seeing pests in the room raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. I hope the management addresses this issue immediately, as it is not something guests should ever have to deal with during their stay ”
