Spend your days lounging in the sun on the deck, enjoying meals alfresco, or simply relaxing with friends and family. This home includes the 4 bedroom main house and 1 bedroom lockout apartment.

Welcome to Surf City Oasis, a captivating coastal retreat located just a one minute walk from the beautiful beach. Our beach house offers the perfect blend of space, comfort, and amenities to ensure an unforgettable vacation experience. Let us take you on a detailed tour:

Main House:
The main house features four inviting bedrooms, providing ample sleeping arrangements for you and your guests. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to offers a cozy and peaceful ambiance, allowing you to unwind and recharge after a day of beachside adventures. With comfortable beds and tasteful decor, a restful night's sleep is guaranteed. Listen to the waves crashing from the primary bedroom, located upstairs on the main floor. Featuring a king size bed and it's own bathroom, your comfort is assured. Bedroom 2, also located upstairs is a queen bedroom and located directly across from the full bathroom. Bedroom 3 is located on the ground floor and includes a king bed. Bedroom 4 contains a twin bunk bed, also located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has a smart TV.

Attached Efficiency Apartment:
In addition to the main house, Surf City Oasis also features an attached apartment. The apartment offers a private bedroom equipped with everything you need for a private escape away from the rest of your group. There's also a sleeper sofa available, providing extra sleeping space for up to two children. With its own kitchenette, the apartment offers convenience and privacy for those seeking a separate living space. There is an interior deadbolt door separating the two units. If renting the entire house, you will be able to unlock this door if you wish, giving you the ability to come and go freely between the units.
This home sleep 12 guests comfortably.

Backyard Oasis:

**Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home only and are facing the doors. The cameras are motion sensor activated and record when motion is detected**.

**IMPORTANT** All trash and recycling must fit inside the containers outdoors. The lids must be able to close shut and contents are not permitted outside the containers. This is a city wide ordinance. If a citation is issued due to excessive trash and/or recycling, the cost will be passed along to you.
