C-Shore Retreat - Great Views, Steps to the sand!

Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in this brand new home that is right on the beach! With AMAZING views and a walkway to the beach you'll have your toes in the sand in no time. This well thought-out floor plan has plenty of space for you to spread out or enjoy with another family or friends!

Once over the bridge you are less than a mile away! This puts you extremely close to the pier, restaurants, and all the activities of town - but still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet!

Surf City is an amazing little town with easy access to other parts of the coast. You will have a great time here with EASY access to the beach and plenty of other options to explore if you want to mix things up!

The home is on stilts, so underneath there is parking, an outdoor shower, eating area, and some beach toys! Once you come onto the first floor you will have a room to the right and one down the hall. The beachside room has its own deck and a king bed! The room down the hall is perfect for kids, with a queen bed and twin over full bunk. On this floor you will also find a full bathroom and in-unit laundry.

Coming up to the second floor, you come into a large space where you will probably spend most of your time. This floor is your living, dining, and kitchen area and there is a VIEW from everywhere! With plenty of seating and a large deck on the ocean side, this will be where you visit, play games, and enjoy a cocktail at sunset! The kitchen is fully loaded with all kinds of extras for you foodies!

The top floor is the main suite and is it SWEET! It's a large room with a king size bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, and a great view of the ocean. Great place for you to sneak away from the crowd and relax! A daybed sits by the window to double as a place to read or allow the room to hold an entire family!

Guests will have access to the entire home (except two closets that are reserved for owner's storage). The car port, storage closets, outdoor shower, and every room in the house are yours to use so you can get the best out of your stay!

There is some additional parking off to the side of the units.
The beach walkway is shared with the other units, but open at all times!

The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!
