Large porches with polywood and all-weather rattan seating highlight water and ocean views on two levels. Into The Mystic is only a four minute walk to the beach where you can "smell the sea and feel the sky, let your soul and spirit fly into the mystic." Enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the ocean to your left and sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway on your right. Walk easily to one of the prettiest beaches in North Carolina! The lovely, family friendly Oceanaire Lane neighborhood is a quiet respite from crowds, on a private street with little traffic only minutes to restaurants and shopping. Best of all, Sea Coast Rentals will gift you with a free town parking pass when you get here, so you can easily run out to all the bars, shops, and restaurants, or grab some groceries at IGA! Indoor-outdoor living is yours at Into The Mystic, with two large full width porches where you will be close enough to hear the waves and seabirds, yet far enough off the beach to shake off a bit of sand and cuddle up away from the wind.

Garage or private driveway parking for 4 vehicles, size dependent. Private outdoor hot shower. Private entry with interior stairwell to Level 2. 



Level 2:

Primary Bedroom Suite: King size bed, dresser, ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart TV, ensuite bath, ensuite deck access.

Primary Ensuite Bathroom: double vanity with granite countertops, garden tub, custom tile step-in shower with dual-head showers, toilet.

Midlevel Porch: all weather rattan seating vignette, Adirondack chairs, ring toss.

Guest Bedroom 1 Sleeps 3: twin daybed with twin trundle, a second twin daybed, smart tv, ensuite deck access.

Guest Bedroom 2: Full bed, wall mounted smart tv, ceiling fan, ensuite deck access.

Shared Hallway Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity with extra counter space, granite countertops, toilet.

Laundry /closet with brand new stackable Washer and dryer. 



Level 3:

Kitchen: quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, double stainless sink with deep pot spray faucet, stainless steel appliances - refrigerator, dishwasher, electric glass top range, microwave, fully equipped for cooking meals at home. 

Center Kitchen Work Island: barstool seating for 4.

Dining Room: dining table seats 4.

Living Room: 2 sofas, coffee table, wall mount smart TV, ceiling fan, board games, ensuite deck access.

Top Floor Porch: partially covered, partial sun deck, New outdoor dining table seating 6, Adirondack chairs, ceiling fan.

Queen Guest Suite: Queen bed, chest of drawers, smart tv, ceiling fan, ensuite bath, ensuite deck access.

Queen Ensuite Bath: bathtub and shower, double vanity with granite countertops, custom tile shower.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4:00 pm and are guaranteed by 6:00 pm

Check Out is by 10:00 am

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns. Learn the history of Topsail at the Missiles and More Museum and understand how to be a good steward of the sea at the Touch Tank Aquarium in Surf City and the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center for laid back and family friendly things to do on Topsail. Surf City 4 Legged Friendly

The home was very well appointed with new appliances and a stocked kitchen. From the upper porch you could see both the sound and the ocean. It was a short walk to the beach access and the beach itself. One thing to note, we did not chose the linen package as we brought our own however the amenities did list towels which we assumed would also include bath mats; there were neither. The check in instructions mentioned the WiFi password was "TBD"; I had to call the office the day after check in to get that information as it was not listed anywhere in the home. (Donna in the office as super helpful) Also the microwave and outside shower did not work. We would likely stay again knowing we would ask to check on these items in advance.
