    • Private 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Duplex (bottom unit)
    • Well stocked, 2nd row home, centrally located in Surf City
    • 2 blocks to coffee shops, donuts, ice cream, wine bars, and restaurants
    • 3.5 blocks to the Surf City Pier
    • 3 blocks to live music venues

    The Space:
    • Private 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom duplex (bottom unit)
    • Bedroom 1: King bed with en suite bathroom
    • Bedroom 2: King bed located off the hall with 1 king bed
    • Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds
    • Well stocked kitchen
    • Stainless steel appliances
    • High-speed WiFi
    • Smart Roku TV’s
    • We supply bed linens & bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels!
    • We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.
    • Please note that we do require a signed rental agreement.

    These guidelines are here to help you and your group settle in comfortably, enjoy every amenity, and leave the space just as wonderful as you found it for the next guests. Please take a moment to read through and share with your group.

    🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.

    🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.

    🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.

    🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.

    🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.

    🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.

    🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

    🐾 Pet Policy
    We’re happy to welcome dogs with prior approval!

    Please message us for pet approval before booking
    • Pets must be added to the reservation during booking
    • A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
    • Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
    • Dogs must be fully housebroken
    • Please clean up after your pet
    • Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
    • No cats permitted due to a family allergy

    We kindly ask that you treat the home with care, as if it were your own. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, comfortable retreat where guests can truly relax and make lasting memories. This property is professionally managed by Host Help Property Management. Our team is available to assist with any questions or needs during your stay, with office hours from 8am–12pm EST.

This was a great find! You will be very happy if you stay here. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We received responses to our questions almost immediately. The house was very clean organized and exactly as pictured. We were honestly maybe even less than one minute to beach access. The house book was very simple and easy to follow. The house is very cozy comfy inside and out with super sturdy excellent quality Adirondack chairs with a front porch big enough to sit comfortably with our morning coffee. Oh and they have really good beach chairs. Very comfortable easy to open and adjust. They even had a nice size cooler. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans were everywhere and fabulous. Seems like a little thing but they had like 7 different choices for speed and that was lovely. Very nice kitchen with good counter space and a great stove plus handy washer dryer access. While we didn’t have kids with us this visit they had beach toys and board games ready to go.We had everything we needed and I am sure if I had needed anything reasonable it would have been taken care of immediately. We would absolutely return for another visit.
