Welcome to our stunning beach house with breathtaking ocean views and easy

beach and sound access. Walk across the street to beach access. Down driftwood

lane is the Sound access with the kayak. There will be 2 person kayak and 1

person kids kayak. Our house features a comfortable living room, fully-

equipped kitchen, and 4BR with queen-sized beds. The basement area offers a

smart TV, and bean bags for game and movie nights.



Our home is just a short walk away from Soundside Park, offering breathtaking

views of the sound and plenty of opportunities for fishing and kayaking. .The

Surf City Pier is also nearby, providing easy access to the beach. Book now!.

Experience the ultimate beach vacation at our stunning second-row home with

easy beach access and breathtaking ocean views. Sleeps 10 with 4 queen

bedrooms and a trundle bed. Enjoy the open concept kitchen/dining/living area,

with bikes, kayaks, beach toys, and grills for family fun. Relax on the shaded

first-floor deck or enjoy top-floor deck gliders. Enjoy purified water with

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a

refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. There is a counter with

4 barstools, as well as a free-standing bar area with 2 additional bar stools.

The dining area features a large wooden table that can seat up to 8 people

comfortably. The room is filled with natural light, and the windows offer a

stunning view of the surrounding area. Whether you're preparing a meal,

enjoying a cup of coffee. There are 4 barstools + freestanding bar with 2

barstools



★☆ LIVING ROOM ☆★

The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sofa and

armchairs, as well as a coffee table and side tables. The space is perfect for

entertaining and relaxing with family and friends, and features modern

amenities such as a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. The reverse floor plan of

the house ensures that the living room benefits from plenty of natural light

and fresh ocean air.



★☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆★

The outdoor area includes a backyard with a gas and charcoal grill for cooking

and entertaining, along with beach chairs and toys like boogie boards. There's

also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a hammock on the

first floor deck to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Additional outdoor

seating is available on the deck.



★☆ HOUSE RULES ☆★

☛ No events allowed

☛ No smoking allowed

☛ Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $75 per dog, per

stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not

allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property.

☛ No wet dogs inside the house

☀ Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late

check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation

booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in

advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.



☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.

Stay and Surf City Live

Condition (for the most part), room arrangement, and location were great. Just I and my wife in a site so large but we situated ourselves on the top floor and enjoyed it. Great proximity to the beach. A few admin challenges at first though the support team remotely responded and enabled resolution. Recommend others consider this option in their planning.
