You will be able to check in whenever you arrive without in person contact as you will be sent a personal entry code for the Smart Lock located on the front door. Located on a quiet and safe street! Only 1 mile from downtown Surf City & the pier. Walkable distance (1 mile) to downtown Surf City! We allow 1 dog (up to 50 lbs) per stay for an extra fee of $150. Please let me know if your pup will be joining you for your stay!

Loved this place!

This property was exactly what we needed, and it was perfect in every way for our group. We had teenagers and adults, so the layout was perfect for the teens to be downstairs doing their thing and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We would definitely book this place again.

Perfect location

We loved our recent stay at Stay Salty! It is an adorable house that had everything we needed and then some! The decor is beautiful and the beds were very comfy. My kids loved the Pac-Man arcade and foosball/pool table downstairs. We would definitely love to return!

Everything and more

Our weeks vacation was awesome. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with a lot of extras. Very roomy for our family. The showers were perfect after a long day at the beach. Speaking of beach.. Short walk. The back porch was relaxing to sit and watch the aftn rain and coffee in the morning! The home was very clean upon arrival. Wish we could have had an early check in. But all in all great place to stay

Amazing beach house!!!

Wow! What an amazing stay at what is certainly one of the best beach houses I've stayed in on Topsail Island. This checks all the boxes. Super clean, perfectly decorated, and on a quiet street right next to the beach access. This place was perfect for me and my family and there honestly isn't a single complaint. The downstairs game room was the perfect hang for the kids, while my husband and I rocked on the front deck nightly with our wine. When we wanted to head downtown we just took a short 15 min beach walk to the restaurant and bars. So much fun! This place knocked it out of the park and I will certainly be making this a yearly thing at Stay Salty! Ps. Newly added outdoor shower is amazing!!!
