Serenity point was just as advertised. On the southern tip of the island, which feels more private and secluded. Just steps from the beach and pool, this place is the ideal location for a getaway. The communication was great and the place had everything we needed to cook as well as beach supplies. We'd definitely come back!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past and this one is one of the best. Krisha is a great host and always available for anything that may come. Property is well equipped with everything you need from cooking a meal to going out on the beach. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again sometime in the future.

My family and I loved this house! It was clean upon arrival and the location is excellent. You’re steps away from the beach and the sound. The pool is right by the house, which was perfect for my girls (2 and 4 years old). Krisha is a top notch host! She had a welcome card with a bottle of wine waiting for us. She was communicative throughout our entire stay. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Topsail again!

This property was comfortable and clean and in an ideal location by the beach and sound. The host made it special because she took care of details that you don’t normally see hosts do. There were special soaps and shampoos, towels, garbage bags, dish soap, a cart to take to the beach for gear and children’s toys, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and we were surprised by the quality of the dishes, utensils and pans. Everything was simple, uncluttered by things that you don’t need. Appliances were modern. Simply put, an inviting place to be. We felt welcomed. We enjoyed 10 beautiful days there. The town house is well suited for small families. It was a little tight for my extended family that came for dinner one night. Two spent the night and that worked out well, regarding privacy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place. We would love to return.

Everything about this property was great. Very clean, with lots of extras. The walk to the beach was shorter than expected, the pool is right across the street. Definitely want to stay at this property again.

Excellent communication with the owner. The property was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well set up with cups and plates and pans all new-ish and in good order. Check in and out were easy. The views were fantastic out over the South End to the beach on one side and the sound on the other. It was easy to walk to the beach on either side. Also, we arrived to a lovely bottle of wine and a note left by the owner. Overall excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Quiet and Relaxing

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was beautiful, so close to some stunning beaches. We couldn’t believe we were in NC! The property was comfortable and the owners thought of everything - even a warm welcome with a little gift. So thoughtful! We’ll definitely return.

Great experience!

Such a sweet little place. Clean and close to the beach with everything we needed for a beautiful week. Really appreciated the little extra touches like quality soaps, dog basket and little items that we didn't have enough of. Krisha was very thoughtful and helpful to ensure we had a great stay. We will be back:)

Great get away

Really liked our stay at Serenity Point. It is in very close walking proximity to the sound and the beach. And while everything was very clean and the communication was excellent, the place seems a little outdated, especially the bathrooms. I think it is a little overpriced for what you get, but then again location is awesome

Nothing less than perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in here. The house is lovely. The hostess, Krisha was very attentive and friendly. The house is equipped with anything you need. It’s very accommodating and thoughtful to have items available. No little detail was missed. Highly recommend this house not only for the wonderful owners but also the location is like a hidden gem.
