Goditi la vista sull'oceano dalla terrazza soleggiata all'ultimo piano o rilassati con un buon libro sotto la veranda coperta al 1 ° piano. In ogni caso, questa casa di città aiuterà a ricaricare l'anima.

L'accesso alla spiaggia è dall'altra parte della strada e un paio di lotti a nord.

relaxing stay

The property is in an ideal location. Very clean, but furniture needs updated. Would like to have had dishes....all other kitchen supples were available. Will use Ward Realty when booking our next vacation in Topsail.

Cleanliness was a serious concern

Writing a negative review is less than enjoyable for us to do. Topsail is a very special place to us that we have been visiting for years and we were very much looking forward to this trip! Sadly when we arrived, we quickly realized many issues with cleanliness. There were crumbs, food remnants and wrappers left untouched. The dishwasher was moldy and unusable. The coffee maker was also full of mold and we had to go out and buy another coffee maker to use for the week. There was dog hair and dirt under the beds. The shower curtains and shower drain were moldy and musty. A good amount of the furniture and bedding (not sheets) were stained and tattered. We immediately called the realty company and they sent a cleaning crew out promptly addressed a few of the issues which we did appreciate! The property management was fairly responsive and did seem to want to remedy the situation, but overall we are still feeling quite short changed. The property has wonderful potential to be a great spot. The location was great and access to the beach was close and easy! We hope that our experience is taken into consideration to make some changes to improve on the cleanliness issue. We kindly will not be staying at this property in the future.

Perfect house for our vacation

This house was perfect for our family. The location was great. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are some good local places to eat nearby. The house was clean and well maintained. Exactly as described. The Ward Reality had very good communication with us prior to and all through our stay. They even called me to make sure I understood how to use the keypad when we got there. We had an unexpected maintenance breakdown the night before leaving, but it wasn't something to inconvenience our stay. I called and they were scheduling to take care of it the next morning. Overall, everything was great. We will definitely use the rental agency again.

Great location but needs some TLC

Loved the location and layout of the property, and the decor was super cute. However, the house could use some TLC. All furniture in the main area of the house were noticeably old and worn. The couch felt like it did not have any cushion left in it and your butt and back actually hurt after sitting on it for a while. The dining room chairs all had dings and paint scraped off in countless little spots all over. The master shower was old and looked old, with black guck all around shower door edges and corners. The jacuzzi was a nice big size but noticeably dirty and unsanitary, with stains and guck around all the jets. Jacuzzi should be cleaned annually and this one looked like it hadn’t been cleaned much over the years.

All around perfect!

Our stay at Once Upon A Tide was absolutely amazing…. Everything from the house being very clean and well laid out to the location was above & beyond. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are extremely comfortable and the outdoor shower was fantastic. A 30 second walk to the beach just topped it off! We’ll definitely be back next year!!

Topsail Family Reunion

The property is well maintained. There are excellent views of the ocean in different directions from both decks. You can easily hear the surf from the decks. The decks are spacious with nice deck furniture. The house comes with a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were all nice sized and the beds were very comfortable. There was ample parking. The access to the beach was very close, across the street and one house down. The only reason for the 3 stars was that the floors were sandy as were the tubs. However, the rest of the place was very clean. Ward Realty was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with info on trash pick-up and check-in and check-out procedures. I would definitely use them again. All in all, we had a great time.
