3 camere da letto 2. 5 bagni 1300 piedi quadrati a casa con pavimenti in legno, elettrodomestici in acciaio, veranda, terrazza, patio e bagno aggiuntivo al piano di sotto vicino alla doccia esterna calda / fredda. 2 letti queen size, 1 letto matrimoniale, 4 letti a castello e 2 divani pieghevoli full size.
Può ospitare 10 persone in 7 letti ma 14 persone se si utilizzano entrambi i divani pieghevoli.
Il parcheggio può ospitare facilmente 6 veicoli e si può anche parcheggiare la barca sul lato.
L'accesso alla spiaggia è a 100 piedi di distanza con una nuova rampa Hatteras su cui è possibile arrotolare il frigo o il carrello, senza più scale.
Per i bambini abbiamo un grande gioco / ripostiglio al piano inferiore con biliardino, giocattoli e un tavolo da air hockey. Altre cose divertenti aggiunte continuamente per i giorni di pioggia. Questa stanza può essere utilizzata per l'attrezzatura da spiaggia o le valigie in più. C'è un ulteriore frigorifero di dimensioni standard per snack sulla spiaggia o altro. Abbiamo sedie, boogie board e giochi di sabbia da prendere in prestito.
Per far godere a tutti la brezza della spiaggia e la vista ci sono due aree patio, un grande ponte, un portico schermato e una zona in cemento sotto la casa.
Per i cani c'è un ampio spazio in cortile tutto intorno.
Per il pescatore c'è un lavandino per la pulizia del pesce sul retro.

A Happy Place for sure

I love Topsail Beach! Nice home and fenced yard as I have little dogs! Easy access to the beach across the street. Comfortable home with a large tv in family room that I could easily operate! Had to reach out a couple of times and had a quick response and resolution! my car never left the driveway:)

Wonderful week at the beach

Comfortable, well stocked, clean home with great ocean views. Quaint screened in porch area that is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, or watching it rain in the afternoons. It was truly a wonderful visit.

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we absolutely love the location, beach, and Surf City vibe. Enjoying our morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the beach or front porch is the perfect start to the day. The beach and ocean are easily accessed and perfect for families. The kitchen and grilling amemities made eating in a breeze. Access to the fenced in back yard is a big plus for those of us that travel with our fur baby. The host is very accommodating and his communications are prompt. We thoroughly enjoy vacationing at "Our Happy Place!"

Very enjoyable

Lovely home! Clean and cozy! Much larger than you’d expect. Decks are great. Backyard for dogs is super convenient. The game/storage room has everything you and the kids could possible need. Also really sweet neighbors!

Spring break stay

Everything was as advertised. It truly is a happy place. The views of the water can’t be beat! The beach is so much better than public surf city beach, much nicer sand and not crowded. Easy walk caddy corner from the home.The home has everything you could need, including beach chairs, boggie boards and sand toys. The table games were a hit too. Our dogs loved the fenced yard.Clint was a pleasure to work with. Definitely a 5 star stay! We’ll be back!

This was our second stay at Our Happy Place. We had such a great time spending Christmas at Clint’s place. Check in was a breeze and he was so flexible on checking in early and checking out late. We spent the majority of our time on the front deck that overlooks the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked, beds are comfy and the backyard is a plus! Will definitely be booking again :)

Lankford Family Send Off

We got together with our daughter and SIL Staff Sgt Hutton USAF to have a family outing before he transfers out to Las Vegas, NV. We got to spend quality time with our granddaughter Embry Rae! This place was spot on from the listing and Mr. Clint kept us informed from our booking to arrival! The weather was a little on the chilly side but a chilly day at the beach is better than any day at work! Definitely recommend Our Happy Place, we loved it!

Lovely Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Surf City. The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the storm out on the ocean our first night and the full moon rise the second night. The kitchen is well stocked and where we made some delicious meals. We hope to return soon.

A perfect place to stay

Everything was as advertised. The screened in porch overlooking the ocean was a favorite place for morning coffee and meals with the family. The house was well furnished, clean and very comfortable with everything available that we needed. The host was responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this place. It is a “ Happy Place,” indeed!

Perfect beach getaway

We booked months in advance. We had no idea our stay would be interrupted by a tropical storm. The host and hostess stayed in contact throughout our visit to make sure we were comfortable and educated on local resources. The home was well stocked for rain day events and everything beach!!! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for making your happy place our happiest of family Vacations!!!

Definitely a happy place!

The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and bedrooms had plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The beach toys and chairs were amazing! Sooooo many to choose from and they were good quality. Fenced yard was perfect for the dogs!

Truly is ‘Our Happy Place’

Where to begin? The beds are comfortable, even the bunk beds. MANY nice sitting areas (2 porches, 3 areas outside, living room, dining area, playroom/basement). TV system is modern and easy to use. Outside shower has been updated. Kitchen has almost very tool we needed. New refrigerator. Beach gear/toys galore. Five bikes. Air conditioner is sublime! PERFECT LOCATION! This was our third visit, and we hope it isn’t our last. We absolutely love Our Happy Place.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time at Clint's place. The house was comfortable, including the beds. It was more spacious than the pictures show which was nice. The screened in porch was a great place to hang out and look at the ocean. The beach access was super easy and the location was very quiet. Clint was also very responsive and all the little touches were nice, such as the beach equipment. We would stay again for sure.

Perfect location!

Perfect location with a nice home away from home. The downstairs large shed with the beach necessities was super convenient for our group. The outdoor shower and chairs were icing on the cake. Everything you need for a convenient vacation at the beach.
