This lovely oceanfront home has beautiful ocean views from all of the living areas. The main entrance, through the elegant front stairway, brings you into the main living room with sliders onto an oceanfront covered deck. Adjacent is a comfortable den area and dining room, with seating around the table for 10 and the eat in kitchen includes additional seating for 6. Step thru the laundry area and you’ll find a separate (but included) apartment with another half kitchen, living room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The large oceanfront deck spaces provide plenty of room to enjoy the ocean views. Choose the covered portion for some shade or catch some rays on the open sun deck area. You can access the decks from the living rooms, and dining area in the main house or apartment. The private walkway takes you directly to the beach.

Your beach rental is located approximately 1.2 miles south of the Surf City highrise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley SeaTurtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
