Spaziosa casa con vista sull'oceano all'estremità tranquilla dell'isola

Spaziosa e recentemente ricostruita con un arredamento rustico sulla spiaggia! Questa casa con 5 camere da letto e 2. 5 bagni è progettata per trascorrere momenti di qualità insieme, offrendo al contempo rifugi silenziosi in cui rifugiarsi. Facile accesso alla spiaggia attraverso una strada tranquilla. Splendide viste sull'oceano dal grande tavolo da gioco della sala, dalla zona tv e dal ponte coperto. Una cucina ben attrezzata con una sala da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente 12, accogliente soggiorno e veranda protetta. Idealmente situato all'estremità tranquilla dell'isola ma a soli 15 minuti a piedi dai servizi della città.

Con 5 camere da letto questa casa può ospitare comodamente fino a 12 missioni.

Facile accesso alla spiaggia attraverso una strada tranquilla (la strada principale è dietro la casa).

Piano principale: soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina spaziosa, una camera da letto matrimoniale, la camera a castello (TV con Roku), un bagno completo e un portico schermato con ventilatori a soffitto per combattere il caldo.

Secondo piano: grande sala con area TV (DVD e Roku) e un tavolo da gioco espandibile (giochi e puzzle inclusi); il ponte coperto con ventilatori a soffitto ha sgabelli da bar e sedie a slitta; una camera da letto matrimoniale con accesso privato al bagno completo in comune, una camera doppia, una seconda camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno di servizio.

Doccia privata esterna chiusa, con acqua calda e fredda.

A 15 minuti a piedi dai servizi della città, tra cui ristoranti, negozi, mini-golf, caffetteria, pista di pattinaggio in stile anni '50, gelateria, sala giochi, gastronomia e il molo di pesca.

Questa casa non ha tappeti di grandi dimensioni, quindi è perfetta per chi soffre di allergie.

Lenzuola, biancheria da cucina, asciugamani da bagno e doccia sono inclusi. La cucina è ben attrezzata e comprende una macchina per il caffè con filtro dorato permanente, un grande tostapane, un robot da cucina Ninja con vari accessori, un robot da cucina portatile e un miscelatore manuale, insieme a numerosi utensili, stoviglie, pentole, padelle, teglie e bicchieri. Assortimento di spezie e condimenti disponibili. La griglia a gas propano si trova sul ponte inferiore e gli strumenti per grigliare nel cassetto sotto il forno della cucina.

This is our third stay at the seahorse corral, and it accommodates our family perfectly! We love the proximity to the beach, as well as the two places to gather for different age groups and the wonderful decks. Family Reunion

This is our 4th time staying at this house and it continues to be our favorite. Everything is perfect for multiple generations, people who like to cook, people who need solitary time, as well as opportunities for all 12 of us to be together for meals and other activities. Also, the owners are so pleasant and easy to work with.

Our family has been staying at this house now for a number of years and we will keep continuing to come back! We have a large family and there are plenty of beds to go around. There is also an upstairs flex space that is perfect for games after dinner. The hosts are always proactive to try to answer any questions before they come up. As anticipated, we had zero issues and check in/check out was a breeze. The views of the water from the top porch/deck are fabulous and the swinging chairs are a favorite hangout spot of mine :) highly recommend this property!!

Best Family Vacation!

We have vacationed at south Topsail so many times, but this was the best! The home is well appointed with several gathering places, inside and out. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had lots of good quality cookware. Thanks for sharing your lovely beach home with us! We will be back!

Our family had a great stay at Seahorse Corral. The house was clean and comfortable and helped to provide us one of the best experiences we have had in Topsail. Close walk to the beach and great view from the upper level.

Another amazing week at Seahorse Corral

This is our 3rd year staying at the Seahorse Corral and we love the house and the location. Great ocean views and the space is plentiful. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to handle cooking for a large amount of people. Making it even better is the fact that Scott and Roxane are fantastic hosts. There was an issue with a broken box spring that we were alerted to by the hosts and a new one was delivered and the old taken away. No inconvenience at all. We look forward to staying again next year and highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of renting - just not on the week that we want it!!

Absolutely Perfect!

We stayed at this amazing beach home for a family gathering. The location could not be more perfect! Very easy to get to and almost directly across the street from the beach access. We could tell when we walked into the house that the owners truly take a lot of pride in ownership of this home. It was very clean and just like the description and photos of the house. The kitchen is the best one we have ever had in the many homes we have rented on VRBO. All needed cookware, utensils, and appliances were there and clean. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and all linens were clean and neatly organized on shelves in the laundry room. The sheets were even folded and packaged in sets wrapped with elastic bands that were labeled by what size bed they were for. The owners are very quick to reply if you have any questions during your stay. This was one of the best weekend getaways we have ever had and we will definitely be back.

Our stay consisted of 9 ladies this year from our women's fellowship. These ladies do a yearly getaway ministry looking forward to the reconnect, refocus and refresh. This group is important all year it seems we focus on others. Each yearly getaway for us to do a inventory and to do a melt down.

If you like mellow and comfortable, this is your place.

This is one of my favorite houses in 50 years of beach stays.. Comfortable, well-appointed house in layout and furnishings. You’ll love the upper deck, especially in the evening. At quiet end of island. A 5-10 minute drive for some conveniences which leaves this house a peaceful retreat. Close to beach and ICW. Just don’t come on my week.

We didn't want to leave!

This was our first time together as a whole family in years. It was so much fun, so relaxing, and we absolutely loved being steps away from the beach. We spent most of our time hunting shark teeth and enjoying the waves, but we also enjoyed getting together at the end of the night to play games in this wonderful home. I highly recommend!

The BEST!

This is by far one of the cleanest, nicest and best beach houses we have ever stayed at. It’s so close to the public access, it’s like having an oceanfront house. The views are spectacular from the top deck and the house is perfect for our family needs.

Perfect in every way

This is the third time we’ve stayed here, and every time was perfect in every way. There were three families - 3 first cousins with their spouses and children - a total of 12 people. With 5 bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds for kids, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. With 2 living spaces, one on each floor, multiple activities took place simultaneously. The kitchen is large and exceptionally well equipped. With a table that seats 8 and 4 seats at the counter, everyone could sit together for meals. It is located only 2 houses away from a handicapped accessible access to the beach. Being at the quiet end of the beach, we had very few people sharing the beach with us. It is a very wide beach, especially at low tide. The owners have always been excellent to work with, responding quickly to questions and making sure everything is in working order. We will definitely be renting from them again,

2nd Year at this Wonderful Beach House

This is our second year renting the Seahorse Corral and we love it! The house is perfect for a large group with two levels for different activities and the ocean views are fantastic. The area is right where our family likes to be at Topsail Beach as we have other family members with homes on the south end of the Island and it makes it easy to get together. Thanks for being such fantastic hosts and we look forward to staying again next year!

Perfect quiet getaway

The house was perfect for our family of six. Everyone had their own bedroom with great places to gather both upstairs and downstairs. The porches on the back of the house are wonderful, and the walk to the beach was short and easy. Wonderful!
