Welcome to “Sunset,” a charming duplex-style coastal retreat located in the heart of Topsail Beach, North Carolina. Situated in the serene South Anderson Blvd Homes neighborhood on Topsail Island, Sunset is one side of a duplex-style home (the other unit is Sunrise), making it perfect for guests looking to travel together yet enjoy their own private space. This delightful beach getaway offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that comfortably accommodates up to six guests.

Step outside and take in the beautiful views of the sound and partial glimpses of the beach from your private deck. Just steps from the sand, this home provides effortless access to Topsail’s breathtaking shoreline. Location is great

Stayed for july 4th weekend with the family. Great location close to the beach, short walk. Inside of place was ok, beds need to be updated, 1 bathroom for 3 bedrooms or 6 people, was tough. We did use outdoor shower, although the way the place is laid out it appears that the outdoor shower is only for one of the duplex units. Also, the trash can situation was not good, need more than 1 container or communication on alternate trash disposal. Ours was full before we checked in from the previous renters. Outdoor space under the unit could be a great area to hang out with some entertainment additions, lighting, TV, seating, etc..

Quirky, Cozy Cottage

We really enjoyed our time spent at this cozy beach house. The interior gives the feeling of a grandma & grandpa cottage, with an eclectic, somewhat hodgepodge style. We loved the location and enjoyed the beautiful sound-side views of the sunset on the deck every evening. One piece of feedback would be to install doorknobs with locks on the bedroom doorknobs. One of the rooms is only accessible through another bedroom or the outside and it would have been nice to have more privacy.

Improve a few details will make it even better

Liked the view of the sound. Improvements in bathroom and kitchen would make it even better. A few more hooks (eg on back of door) for towels and close would be helpful, plus toilet paper holder (eg floor stand) would make it easier; add exhaust fan. Kitchen has no exhaust fan. Can opener would be nice.

Nice quiet stay

Quaint and relaxing place. Beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway and few minutes walk to beach. Plenty of room for our family. Friendly and attentive owners. Helped us when we had an issue with a lock.
