    "Surf Monkeys" è una torreggiante casa con 5 camere da letto e 5 bagni situata a Surf City, a pochi isolati da negozi, ristoranti e dal molo dei pescatori. Questa casa può ospitare 14 persone e dispone di due enormi ponti a forma di L con vista panoramica sull'oceano, TV a schermo piatto, internet ad alta velocità, doccia esterna con acqua fredda e molto altro. La casa offre anche lenzuola gratuiti.

    Entrate nella casa attraverso la porta d'ingresso si trova sul lato della strada e nel livello più basso che ospita comodamente quattro delle cinque camere da letto. Tre delle quattro camere hanno letti queen size e la camera da letto ha due letti a castello. Ogni camera ha un bagno privato con box doccia e TV a schermo piatto con roku e l'app Spectrum via cavo. Alla fine della sala lavanderia può essere trovata con la lavatrice e asciugatrice e anche l'accesso al ponte inferiore.

    Al piano superiore si trova una zona giorno con una grande cucina con un bar per la colazione e grande tavolo da pranzo, ideale per pasti in famiglia. Il confortevole soggiorno offre ampi posti a sedere e una TV a schermo piatto con cavo. Il divano pieghe fuori ad un letto queen size anche per più posti letto. Fuori dalla cucina, troverai anche un mezzo bagno. L'intera zona vanta spazi ariosi luminosi, vista sull'oceano e una porta di apertura fino al ponte superiore espansiva.

    La camera da letto si trova al piano superiore e offre un letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno privato con un enorme cabina doccia, vasca idromassaggio e doppi lavandini.

    Da uno dei due ponti si ha accesso alla spiaggia privata direttamente per un rapido tuffo in mare, una passeggiata sulla spiaggia al tramonto o di una giornata piena di divertimento sotto il sole!

    "Surf Scimmie" è una casa veramente spettacolare completamente attrezzata per soddisfare tutte le esigenze di godere di un favoloso, vacanza indimenticabile sulla Topsail Island, anno dopo anno.

Wonderful Mini Vacay

My family and I enjoyed staying at Surf Monkey’s. Plenty of parking. We all throughly enjoyed the fact that we all had private restrooms attached to each bedrooms.

Very clean, well updated, easy access and view to the beach ! No complaints here better than expected in all aspects , loved the beach stuff in basement to use! Will rent this home again!

Surf Monkeys was a great house with excellent access to and view of the beach. A couple of the shower doors need some maintenance, as does the sliding screen door. There is no grill, which would have improved our experience.

Awesome property. Perfect for large family gatherings.

Our overall experience staying at this property was great. We had a large family gathering celebrating a Fall wedding, and we were quite comfortable. We appreciated the "silver linen package" being provided and check-in process was seamless. We enjoyed the wonderful views, amazing decks, bathrooms in each bedroom, spacious living area and kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The overall rating of 4 instead 5 is due to inoperable windows and lack of screens on most windows making it difficult to open window for ventilation. Blinds and windows need to be serviced for functionality to be increased.

Sea Monkey

First let me say that Kelly front the property managers group was awesome. Super helpful, got us an early check in and great communication, very pleasant and on the spot when we had questions. Now the house. Pros…. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots pans dishes and such. The size of the house is great and it’s nice to have a bathroom in every room. For the most part it was clean and it worked out adequately for our needs. Cons…..It’s in drastic need of upgrades. The kitchen counters are old Formica and are wearing out. None of the kitchen windows would stay open and most of the blinds are not working well either. The linens needed to be requested and there were no beach towels (for a house on the beach). The bedrooms don’t come pre made up and u get the linens in a couple totes delivered to the front door. There was not one roll of toilet paper in the house. I know it is advertised as needed but not one in 5 bathrooms. The bathrooms were functional but small (understandable for the size home) and also in need up updating. The shower in the bathroom I used needed a better cleaning as there was mold on the door and around the edges. I also noticed an odd seeping leak from the wall when using the shower. The kitchen and living area was on the top floor. So if anyone walked around in the morning it’s very loud and u can hear it on the second floor bedrooms very clearly. The floors were not put in right and many gaps were visible in the open areas and the panels slide back and forth. The exterior decks, while nice sized. had many raised nails and areas where the wood had splinters sticking up. The stairs could use some maintenance as well. The downstairs storage has some beach items (toys and such) but was not organized and everything was just thrown there. I understand that this is a rental and it’s purpose is to make money. But for the area and what I would assume to be clients with “means” this house could be so much better with some TLC and a little more catering to the comfort of its renters. In all our family had a nice time and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful time!

The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were perfect for our family to spread out! It was so nice to send all of the kids to separate showers after a day at the beach! And the large dining and living rooms were perfect for family time. The view was amazing! The property manager was very responsive for questions we had. Definitely would recommend this place and this location!

Great Location!

We had a great time at this beach house. It had everything we needed and more. The view was gorgeous and we especially loved the back deck. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

It was a wonderful vacation with the house close to the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I wish was different is to have more privacy on the porch.

Great home for family vacay

This home is perfect for a gathering of families. I would caution. It would not be appropriate for an elderly person because of all the steps. A bathroom in every bedroom! When you have a bunch of people you need a lot of bathrooms. The decor was lovely and the room with the bunk beds was perfect for the kids! Having the linen service really made me feel more comfortable with the Covid although we had brought our own because of a mix up with management and poor communication on that part. Check in and check out was so easy! This was our first visit and the grandkids want to come back next year!

Good beachfront house, but. . .

Our family had a good vacation week at Surf Monkeys. The location close to businesses in Surf City was ideal. The beach access was great and there were lots of beach toys and chairs. The space in the house was good for our three families which included grandparents and young children. Having a bathroom connected to each bedroom was appreciated. But there were problems: our linens weren’t delivered until 9pm on check-in day, there was no hot water for the first 3 days, and the air conditioning upstairs went out on Wednesday. The realty company was slow to respond.

Surf Monkey

The house was ok. We had trouble with the steep steps going to the second floor which is the living space . There were also a lot of steps to the beach. Would have like some cover on the deck. I would not recommend this house for seniors or toddlers because of the stairs.

Small group vacation

This home was absolutely perfect for our small group. All four couples had their own room and own bathroom, and the open living area was great for making dinner together, watching movies, etc! If there was any negative at all, it was simply the lack of sharp knives when cooking.....but with so many people coming and going through this rental, it's understandable! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for all of our needs!

Any house on the beach is heaven!!!

We had a wonderful time, a lot of laughs and just hanging, but the property itself really needs some TLC. Almost all outside lights were burnt out, just a good cleaning would help. Smaller dining room chairs, to be able to go around the table.

Perfect venue for families with kids to get together

We had no complaints with Surf Monkeys, we only wished we could stay longer. We enjoyed the beach and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. We cooked wonderful dinners and the kitchen utensils were stocked!
