"The Beach House" - Oceanfront Home in Surf City, NC

Incredible oceanfront views await you at “The Beach House!” This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom oceanfront home is located on a quaint residential street in the popular Surf City, North Carolina and offers all the comforts of home during your vacation.

When you enter through the front door, you will find yourself on the first level containing all three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. To your right, a Twin over Double bunkbed room is situated streetside with an oceanview window, perfect for the kids. Across the hall, the Queen oceanfront bedroom awaits, equipped with a TV and oceanfront deck access. In the hallway, a full shared bathroom is located for the use of the Queen and Bunkbed rooms, as well as the stackable laundry closet for convenient access when you need to wash a load of laundry during your stay. Continue down the hall to the Master Bedroom featuring a King bed, TV, private bathroom, and oceanfront deck access.

Head upstairs and you will find the open living area level with the most incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean! Wall to wall, you will enjoy breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset as you lounge in the living room or enjoy a meal in the dining room. To the right of the stairs, you will find a small loft area complete with a desk and futon for additional accommodations. Next to the loft is the half bathroom that services the main living area. Continue into the open living room, dining room, and kitchen that boasts all of the comforts of home. A large screen TV is situated in the oceanfront living area with comfortable lounging space for all of your guests and views that stretch down the entire beach! The oceanfront dining room offers seating for all guests, including a high chair for the little ones, as well as impeccable views. You can enjoy true oceanfront dining with the comfort of your own home cooked meal! Behind the dining area you will find the upgraded kitchen which offers stainless appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of counter space and kitchen tools to prepare meals for your family!

Make your way outside, and the fun is just beginning! With two levels of expansive oceanfront decks, direct beach access, and the entire Atlantic Ocean as your backyard, the opportunities are endless! Lounge in the shaded covered decks to enjoy a good book or nap to the sounds of the waves, take a walk down the beach searching for shells and sharks teeth, or enjoy boogie boarding in the waves – whatever choice you make, you won’t be disappointed at “The Beach House!”

LINENS:
SILVER PACKAGE – Includes ALL bed linens, one bath set (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) per occupancy, 1 kitchen towel set, & bath mats per full bathroom. Complimentary for ALL 7-night minimum reservations from June 7 to August 16, 2025.

If Complimentary Linens are not applicable for your stay, you may bring your own linens, or we offer linens to rent for an additional fee. Please contact us to apply a linen rental to your reservation or upgrade your linen package for a fee, if applicable.

BOOKING DETAILS - 
Age Requirements: You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. ID verification required prior to check in. House parties will be evicted immediately. Any group renting this property under false pretenses shall be immediately evicted with no refund.

Summer Requirements: 7-night minimum stays, Saturday Check-in/out only

TV Disclosure: Smart TVs require guests to log in with their own accounts to access subscription apps. Access credentials are not provided.

CANCELLATIONS -
Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee, and third-party fees. Please review our Rental Policies and Cancellation Policy.

CHECK IN DAY DETAILS -
Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message with all of your check-in instructions. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VACATION -
All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more! Our vacation homes do not supply consumable items for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, spices, cleaning products, etc.). Please plan accordingly for any items you may need during your stay.

You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Some homes provide complimentary linens for select dates and this detailed information can be found in the description.  Linen package options include BRONZE (bed sheets only per bed listed), SILVER (bed sheets per bed listed, a bath towel set per occupancy, dish towel, and a bath mat per shower/tub), and GOLD (all items from the SILVER package plus one extra bath towel per occupancy).

TOPSAIL ISLAND GENERAL INFO-
WiFi: WiFi signal strength is NOT guaranteed at your rental for remote work or remote learning. We are located on a barrier island and do not have cellular towers on the island. This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT given.   

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

Water Pressure Notice: Please be aware that during popular rental dates, especially in the mornings and evenings, there may be temporary reductions in water pressure. This is a common occurrence across the island as many visitors are getting ready for the day or returning from the beach. We recommend planning showers and other water-related activities accordingly to avoid inconvenience.

Public Parking: The Town of Surf City enforces “Pay to Park” from March 1-Oct 31 from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the Surf City Public Beach Access Parking Lots and other marked Public Parking Lots. The Town of North Topsail Beach will enforce “Pay to Park” from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM year-round. Onslow County operates three public parking areas/beach accesses within the Town of North Topsail Beach. To the best of our knowledge the county intends to continue operating these lots free of charge.

Leave No Trace: Topsail Island enforces a "Leave No Trace" policy in order to protect our shoreline, meaning you must remove all items, including tents and chairs, from the beach each day. Any items left behind are subject to theft, removal by the town, or possibility of being washed away by the ocean.

Turtle Nesting Season: From May to October, Topsail Island is a nesting ground for sea turtles. Be mindful of marked nests, limit oceanside deck lights, and follow local guidelines to protect them.
