Goditi fantastiche vedute sull'acqua di Stump Sound, Banks Channel, ICW e ocean tramite Widows Watch. Questa bella casa di 4 camere da letto dispone di un avvolgente coperto intorno portico con viste drammatiche delle zone umide che offrono una grande privacy. 8 posti letto, grande master suite al piano di sopra, camera doppia, 2 camere da letto al piano di sotto. Include: veranda coperta, ponti aperti, doccia esterna con acqua calda, darsena con il pescatore, patio altalena, vedova panoramica, orologio con mobile bar, camera da letto principale con vista sul balcone aperto sull'acqua! Facile accesso a ICW e pochi minuti alla spiaggia rende questa casa vacanze il meglio dei due mondi. La grande sala / cucina è aperta alla vista espansiva. La cucina è fornita con tutte le necessità per cucinare pasti meravigliosi o semplicemente divertente.

We have stayed at this property multiple times. It’s got a great location, well stocked kitchen, very well maintained, attractively decorated, and the hosts are the best. It has a nice dock for fishing as well. We have stayed in two other properties in Surf City and this is by far our favorite.

Beautiful property in every way!! Great location close to amenities yet quiet and private. Outstanding views all day long. Loved being able to fish right off the dock and paddle in the sound! House was super clean and cozy, kitchen was well-stocked which we appreciated because we cooked our own meals a lot. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Jim!

Family Getaway

My parents are big Surf City fans, so it is extra special to take them on vacation every summer to the area. I am SO glad I came across this property - it is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway that is close to the beach and great for fishing and relaxing near the water. The sunrise view is unbelievable and my personal favorite part of our stay. The home was clean and well kept and had all we needed for a great beach week. Hope to return!

Relaxing hurricane Vacay

When booking vacation, you always know a hurricane is a possibility. And while experiencing Debby wasn’t on our to-do list, we’re glad this is where we were staying. SO much room to spread out, the kitchen had every gadget imaginable, the view was spectacular, and we fished almost every day. Because of our crew, it was easier for us to drive to a public parking lot for beach access, but that was still close. Communication from the beginning was quick, and during our stay, we got regular updates about the storm and check ins. We’d love to stay again!!

Great family beach week

The house is fabulous & worked really well with our 5 adults & pup. We cooked (very well stocked kitchen), kayaked & went to the beach. Since there are only 3 spots to park at the beach, we took it in turns to drop everyone off there, go back to the house, park & then have the driver walk back. Next time, I’d bring a collapsible cart to put all the beach gear in. All in all a great stay & we’d highly recommend the house!

Perfect family vacation stay!

We had a great time here! The house is perfectly stocked for anything you need! We really didn't have to bring anything from home if we forgot it, it was there!! Our pets were in the perfect place too. The gated porch upstairs was great for them! The views are amazing! We rented a golf cart during our stay and that made it so much more convenient! Loved the house and the owners were extremely tentative to anything we needed!!! We will be back!!!

Peaceful stay on the sound

Our family loved the close location to the beach (with rented golf cart) and I loved the ability to kayak easily on the sound. We got to watch dolphins play around us in the channel!

Our Beach Getaway

This house was home away from home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, kitchen had everything you needed to cook with (including spices), amazing views, great fishing and made friends with an alligator. Saw dolphins and our boys caught many crabs with the crab traps! It was the perfect house to relax and just enjoy your time! If we ever make it back out, we'll plan to stay here again! Relaxation with a view, welcoming home away from home!

This is the nicest kitchen, with all the extras I have ever stayed at. Being the cook of the group, this kitchen and family space allowed me to never miss family time while preparing meals. We arrived on Father’s day, the plan was to grill out. So surprised to find a great gas grill which has us dining really fast. The adjacent deck was conveniently loaded with chairs and rockers to spare. The view of the inlet is amazing, needless to say I started and ended my days on the deck, whether watching the beautiful sunrise or rocking away, this was my happy place. The bed room spaces were all well furnished and nicely decorated, bathrooms were clean and well stocked… there were so many extra touches that we really over packed for this trip. The fishing was where my husband could be found or kaiaking in the inlet. We had our pets along and gated deck is was perfect keeping them from an unsupervised swim. The outside shower and hose helped us remove sand before entering the house especially those muddy shoes and paws. This is the perfect vacation spot year round, from the warm summer breezes in the day to the nip in the night breeze… this is the relaxation we all really needed. Hope to visit again soon!

Our family had a very relaxing stay. Like everyone else said, the house was stocked with everything that was needed for cooking. The house was clean and had wonderful views. Easy check in and check out process.
