Everything about it was good; the mattress eas terrific. We slept very well.Breakfaat was typical; nothing spectacular, nothing. Cafe staff was very good. Housekeeping needs improvement. It was advertised "Daily Housekeeping". We were there 8 nights so attention was a high priority. I had to complain about it on 3rd day and it still got only cursory attention the remainder of our stay. I'd give an excellent if ir weren't for this.

For being a brand new property, it's not going to look new for long if the cleaning staff doesn't step it up a few notches. The grout was already starting to look gross in the lobby, the lobby and elevators needed to be swept, there were some stains in the carpet already in the hall, our bathroom counter had a few small hairs and lint on it. The check in and check out process took longer than (over 15 minutes each) any hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff was friendly, but they just need to work a little harder at keeping a brand new facility looking brand new.

The free continental breakfast was better than the expected. They had biscuits and gravy, omlettes, sausage, and all the usual cereal and breads. It was a great breakfast!

Beautiful brand-new hotel! Our room was lovely! The only detriment, and it did not bother us because we got up early, was all the construction going on around the hotel.

This is a new motel. The beds are horrific. They feel worn already and extremely uncomfortable. I would also question if the sheets were changed from the previous guest.

The hotel looks brand new. Very clean and nice inside. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that wasn't good was the water pressure. It felt like a spit, not good. But overall it was a very nice place to stay

Beautiful facility and responsive staff. The area outside hotel is under construction and the roadways need crosswalks for pedestrians. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable beds, very clean, breakfast was great and the location was perfect, close to shopping stores and dining.

This is a nice property for a couple nights stay. However, the walls are super thin and you will want to stay on the top floor if you are a light sleeper. We had someone staying above us that even a light walk sounded like a herd of animals. Plus, we could hear the entire conversation of some folks talking normally in the rooms beside us and were able to hear folks talking in the hallway.

Great except no hot water in room
The staff and the Hotel are wonderful. The only negative was that there was no hot water in our room and we were told it was due to the hotel not having a large enough water heater to support the hotel. They said they were going to install one but had not been done yet.

Very clean, recent amenities. Very good breakfast. Not rating 5 stars due to broken toilet seat, and water in the shower that could be hotter. This being said, I would stay there again.

I did not want to leave!!!
This hotel is the cleanest place I have EVER stayed in. I could see my face in the polished chrome in the bathroom! Also, I don’t know if anyone ever notices this but here we go: when I take a shower in a hotel and I get out, I step on the little towel they give you for that and I shuffle over to get my socks or slippers on. When I pick up the towel to hang it on the side of the tub to dry, it is ALWAYS DIRTY. I mean dirty. NOT the case here. The towel was clean! They actually clean the floor!! It’s a shame that I was shocked but I was and I was soooo grateful for that housekeeping crew. The beds were crisp and immaculate too. The entire room. Actually two- we had adjoining. The best part: the staff was top notch. If you could take this hotel and staff and use it as a model if you can’t clone it lol, please do. Jasmine and the other lady up front went above and beyond from two weeks prior when I called to confirm to yesterday when we checked in with our kids. We had something unexpected happen that I won’t detail here. We had to have something delivered to the hotel and they made it possible. While we were there, these two ladies really made us feel safe and secure and like we were staying at a relative’s place. Oh!!!! Breakfast was phenomenal. I had an omelet and sausage. There is also a Walmart, and multiple restaurants you can walk to. Thank you, we are beyond grateful for this place and we did not want to leave. See you again soon, God bless.

I was impressed with the complimentary breakfast options. The elevator did malfunction on 2 separate occasions so thats something that needs improvement. Overall I was really impressed with the service.
