“Clean quiet room with nice view! Very pleased!”

“Breakfast was good. Staff was great. Need to upgrade the rooms. Looking old and worn out. ”

“Staff was difficult with whom to communicate. Plumbing needs work. Breakfast was not breakfast. Lobby wasn’t open at time indicated. Beds were comfortable but no blankets. Door bolt wouldn’t work. ”

“Breakfast was not until 7:00, so we were unable to take advantage. Refrigerator was medium size, which was nice to keep drinks in. Room was clean. Staff was very courteous!! Enjoyable stay.”

“This place is a drug infested hotel they do not even do housekeeping we lifted up the sheets on our bed and I could not believe the significant stains and just grossness of the mattress itself The room was tore down and hadn't been cleaned at all The bathroom sink had throw up in it and stains there was dried hair around the toilet from another person the bathtub had significant dirt rings around it the mirror had spit on it I am ashamed very ashamed that I stayed there do not go to this place...

“The staff was exceptional. We had a small issue with our room, and it was taken care of very quickly. Throughout our stay everyone made sure our stay was everything we expected. Would definitely stay here again!!”

“No breakfast, had cereal and no milk, asked and they appologized and did not have any. Only breakfast was a loaf of bread and a toaster with peanut butter. No coffee. This was at 7am. room was dirty and had hair in shower, beds where made poorly. T.v did not work and lights flickered. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at. ”

“Safety concern was that the room door was open when we arrived so i had my family stay by the elevator while i checked out the room. When i went inside it looks like someone had come in and jumped all over the bed it was messy. We slipped in the bathroom numerous times and the door did not latch right so we had to keep the door open most times. There is no really free amenities except for the pool and fitness but it was freezing cold couldnt stay more than 10 min. And then the people around us...

“I wanted to share some feedback about my breakfast experience. I arrived around 9:35, well before the 10:00 closing time, but the selection was already very limited. Several guests, including myself, were asking for more eggs and potatoes, but the staff member in charge declined to prepare more, saying it would take too long.
