People were blocked in at night in the parking lot for staff vehicles. My kids couldn't even use the pool, that we specifically picked this place to have, due to the one large party constantly in it and took control of it. “This is my worst lodging experience. After a long flight, when I finally reached the motel , there was on onsite staff at this particular motel. About a block down, there is another motel which is also managed by the same chain. The check-in staff was so terribly rude and hostile. I urge everyone to remain away from this property. Just my two cents.”
