A Pearl of A Beach Home - lussuosa piscina privata riscaldata e spa - adatta alle famiglie

Cortile posteriore tropicale appartato con piscina privata riscaldata di lusso e spa e ampia area pavimentata più lanai al piano terra.

Lasciati alle spalle i tuoi problemi mentre attraversi Anna Maria e arrenditi al ritmo dell'isola. La nostra casa sulla spiaggia (una casa di vacanza personale - non un investimento immobiliare) è un rifugio luminoso con arredi belli, biancheria di qualità, ampie zone soggiorno open space con 12 'soffitti alti e un eccellente flusso interno / esterno. 3 ampie camere costiere (re, regina e due letti singoli) con storage integrato, 2 bagni moderni (1 en-suite) con enormi docce separate e una sala da bagno ripostiglio vicino alla lavanderia.

Abbiamo progettato e installato la piscina privata e la vasca idromassaggio nell'estate 2014. La speciale superficie della piscina antiscivolo integra l '"accesso alla spiaggia" che consente ai giovani (e non così giovani) di entrare nell'acqua senza alcuno sforzo e inizia a 2 pollici di profondità!

Le piantagioni tropicali offrono aree sia di sole che di ombra e di notte i palmi si accendono automaticamente per migliorare l'atmosfera del cortile e dell'area della piscina.

Al piano superiore, gli ospiti sono invitati a utilizzare la cucina completamente attrezzata in granito con armadi personalizzati. Grande sala si apre su lanai generoso con sala da pranzo all'aperto.

Dalla piscina si può godere l'ampio patio di livello d'ingresso con invitante amaca, sedie a sdraio e barbecue grill a gas. Over-size doppio garage con accesso remoto, sedie a sdraio e la spiaggia della spesa troppo.

Una perla di una proprietà a 2-3 isolati (3-4 minuti a piedi) dall'idilliaca, soffice sabbia bianca delle spiagge del Golfo con i loro tramonti mozzafiato, verso il nord dell'isola. Un quartiere tranquillo a pochi minuti a piedi da ristoranti, bar, negozi e gallerie di Holmes Beach. La fermata del Free Island Trolley-Bus è proprio dietro l'angolo.

Perfect vacation home

We had this beautiful house for two weeks! We gave rented in FL for 8 years now and this was not only beautiful but checked all our boxes. The pool and hot tub were our favorite hangout . Loved the nearby beach but the water was a bit cold during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked without any problems!

Beautiful home close to everything

Despite being stuck indoors for a couple days due to Tropical storm Debbie, this house did not disappoint. It is exactly as described. I don’t know if you could ask for anything more. Mike and Lesley were wonderful hosts and very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this home. If we ever come back to the area again, we would want to stay here every time.

Pearl of a Beach Home

We loved our stay here! The check in process was super easy, the property was the perfect size for our family of 5. You can walk to the beach from the property in about 8 minutes- we found a golf cart very helpful to get to the rest of the island. The kids loved the pool and it was super clean!

Great vacation spot on AMI

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great very close to the beach and dining options. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed enjoyed mornings and early afternoons at the beach and came back to the house to enjoy the awesome outdoor pool. I would highly recommend this rental check in and out were both a breeze!

Vacation June 2024

Beautiful clean home- one of cleanest we have stayed at. We loved outdoor pool area. We enjoyed having access to wagon to transport supplies. Anna Maria Island wonderful. We did struggle operating TV (never figured it out but we arent real tech savvy). Would like to see some Tupperware in kitchen for leftovers. Would recommend guests renting golf cart- that made getting around a lot of fun! Would also have liked to have more washclothes- Maybe atleast 2 per person staying. Overall wonderful stay.

Wonderful family vacation!!!

This was our first trip to AMI and this house did not disappoint! We had some pool/ spa issues upon arrival but the property owners were quick to get someone out asap. The house had everything that we needed. We hope to visit again.

Just what the doctor ordered

We had a wonderful week at A Pearl of a Beach Home. The house was perfect for our family of 5. More than enough room, the pool and hot tub was where we spent most of the time. The beach was an easy walk right up the street. The most beautiful sunsets, and some of the best beaches we have ever seen. There were plenty of great restaurants close by (well everything is really close on the island). We spoke to several neighbors and locals and everyone was super friendly. Every question we had was answered almost immediately and we were extremely happy staying here and will certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Wonderful stay at Pearl of a Beach Home

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptionally clean & spacious beach home which was in a great central location on AMI. It was only a short walk to the beach and the amenities of Holmes Beach. Communication from the owners was so clear & easy - 5*. Our stay was just after Hurricane Idalia hit Florida and it was so reassuring that the owners reached out the next day to advise us that there was no damage to their beach home and that their cleaning crew and pool guy had already been over to check everything out - no disruption at all. The home had everything we needed for our vacation, lots of towels, crockery, glasses and pots 'n pans, a ping pong table and a gas BBQ grill. In the garage there were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys and 2 wagons that made taking everything to the beach so easy. The outside space is fabulous with a pool & hot tub - lots of loungers and a separate outside dining and lounging area poolside, plus a rear balcony with dining and relaxing furniture upstairs. We have stayed on AMI before and this is our favourite place by far - we will return as soon as we can. Thank you Mike & Lesley for sharing your "Pearl of a Beach Home" with us and for the personal communication before, during and after our stay.

Nice Family Vacation Property

This was our first stay here and we really enjoyed the property and location. Great communication from the owners. There were some guests in the home behind us that partied loudly and played very loud music. That put a damper on our time in the backyard for about half our stay but we adjusted as we could.

We had a great time. The owners reschedule our dates due to hurricane Ian. Weather was perfect. We were at the beach then pool everyday. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Well equipped with chairs and nice pop up canopy for beach.
