Island Bay House unit B stands apart with an enclosed indoor pool built into the ground floor of the property. Windows surrounding the pool area can be opened to bring fresh air into the space, creating an airy atmosphere while providing shade from the direct Florida sun. It is a convenient place to cool off and relax between visits to the beach. The indoor pool is shared between Unit A and Unit B and is not reserved exclusively for either rental. Guests also share the BBQ grill, providing a convenient option for preparing burgers, seafood, and other vacation favorites. Beach chairs and a beach cart are included for trips to nearby Manatee Public Beach.

Unit B occupies the second floor and includes its own private living area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry space. The living room gives guests a comfortable place to reconnect after a day exploring Anna Maria Island, while the kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, drinks, and snacks throughout the stay.

Because Island Bay House contains two independently rented units, it has a different entrance arrangement than a traditional vacation home. Guests enter through one shared exterior door on the ground level and use a shared interior stairway to reach the rentals. Unit B has its own private front door on the second floor. Guests staying in Unit A continue upstairs to a separate private entrance on the third floor and do not need to enter or pass through Unit B.

Island Bay House Unit B has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms include one king bed, one queen bed, and one full bed, providing a flexible arrangement for families or small groups. Two bathrooms make it easier for everyone to get ready before heading to the beach, dining out, or exploring Holmes Beach.

Unit B includes a washer and dryer, beach chairs, and a beach cart. Stair access is required to reach this second floor rental. The indoor pool, ground level entrance, interior stairway, and BBQ grill are shared with Unit A, which may be occupied by another group during your stay.

Both garages are reserved for owner use and are not available to guests. The two boats located outside at the dock are also for owner use only and are not included with the rental.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
