    This modern home is only two blocks from the warm Gulf waves of Holmes Beach. You're right in the center of Anna Maria Island, with easy access to shops and restaurants. You can use the driveway of the home to park your car when you're not exploring - but if you want to get around like a local, north and southbound stops of the free trolley are each only a quick walk away, making it easy to visit the city of Anna Maria to the north or the sands of Bradenton Beach to the south.



    Back at home, enjoy the privacy of the fenced backyard and heated lagoon pool. Dry off and head to the covered balcony for more fresh air, or to start dinner on the grill. Back inside, the kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to whip up some sides. Dine at the table for six - or counter for four - before retiring to the living room to stay entertained with free WiFi and a TV.

    Things to Know

    This property has a 7-night minimum stay requirement.

    The elevator and garage are not for guest use.

    Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.

    We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

    Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Tolle Lage, nur ca 5 min zum Strand.Leider ging der Außenventilator am Pool nicht und auch kein Pool-Licht. Die Kommunikation über email war schleppend. Hat ca 4 Tage gedauert. Telefonisch war für uns wegen Sprachproblemen schwierig. Sonst alles top.

Cozy Beach Getaway

The layout of this house is wonderful - we're a family with three small kids and it worked perfectly for us! The kitchen had everything we need (except ice/filtered water -- they were both so slow they weren't really useable from the fridge) and everything was comfortable and clean. We would definitely return!

Luxurious, cool, and relaxing

We really enjoyed our time at his beautiful beach home. It was attached to another bigger house that hosted a big young family, but the only time we heard them was while we both were in the back yards at the same time. The home was clean and beautiful. It's not perfect, but it’s pretty close. They scheduled called reported repairs throughout the day, but those never impacted our outings. Anthony, our local Vacasa rep reached out to let us know and answered questions as they came up from us. If there was anything I would recommend it’s bring your own sheets for the king bed in the master. The current ones are so warn that they felt like sand paper against our skin. My wife and I slept on the top sheet and contemplated replacing them while there for the 7 days. We opted not to and it was fine. Proximity to the beach is only relevant if you don’t plan to have transportation to the beach. If you’re planning to walk with gear, it’s probably at least 10-15 mins walk. But… there is a beach on 3 sides! They also have plenty of gear for a family of 4 and a wagon that helps a bunch getting it around the beach. The back porch and pool are fantastic. Saltwater, room temp, with an outdoor shower for getting clean after your beach visit. Our teen girls spent more time out there than the beach. It was shaded for most of the morning and evening. I’d definitely book this exact place again. I could never afford a home this nice, but I can feel like a wealthy person for a few days!

Boendet motsvarade inte informationen från bokningssidan. Fel information gällande inlogg nätverk som tog 2-3 dagar att åtgärda från uthyrare, då hade vi redan löst det. Underhåll dåligt ej fungerande lampor inomhus och i poolen. Standard var överdriven inte alls den standard som säljs in. Detta är nog första gången som jag är missnöjd md VRBO efter mints 10 tidigare bokningar.

Great location!

We loved staying in this home! It was in a great location, just a few blocks from the beach. Very nice home, great outdoor spaces and clean! Would definitely stay here again!

Dream vacation

This was an absolute dream vacation! The house was beautiful, clean and housed our family perfectly. It had everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The pool was a great added bonus. We hope to come back soon!

A wonderful home

This place was amazing and right down the street from the beach. The home was beautiful and well maintained. My family enjoyed every second of it. We will be returning to this place next summer. There were a few unexpected visits for some previous minor repair work orders but was handled quickly. We were told Vacasa would give us a 10% discount next year for the slight inconvenience which I thought was awesome (Thanks Matthew). Overall, the owner of this home really decorated it beautifully and it fit our personal taste perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this property as a MUST VISIT. Thank you for allowing us to stay there!! Mike & Robyn Anderson

Exactly as pictured.

We had a lovely stay at Neolinda. Just a 2 min golf cart ride away from the beach and just a bit longer to all the shops and restaurants on Pine. The home, pool, and property was clean and the perfect size for our family of 4.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Close to beach, park, shopping and restaurants. Furnished well and room for all 6 of us. Nice private pool too.

Beachy Chic

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at this lovely home. The beach is literally, a 5 min. walk through a lovely neighbourhood. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners were most accommodating. We had one issue while staying there and it was handled and rectified quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, beach vacation.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This house and the one connected/next to it (Madeira) was the ideal spot for a family vacation with grandparents, siblings, kids and several adults. The private pool offered some shade most of the day, but also sun. The house was spotless and had some amenities including vacuums, a ton of cooking utensils, beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs and much more. The beach is 2.5 blocks away, but you can easily drive to drop off kids, gear, etc beforehand. Checkin and checkout were simple. We are looking to book both sides again for our family vacation. I couldn’t have imagined a better beach vacation.

AMAZING PROPERTY & OWNER

This property is exactly like the pictures! It's beautiful and only 2 blocks from the beach. Great location. It was also well equipped in the kitchen. We are Vegan and Gluten Free, and make most of our meals, and we had everything we needed. We met the owners while we were there & they are AMAZING. Went above and beyond for us! We visit Florida 3-4 times a year and will definitely be staying there again!!
