Guests watch dolphins from this balcony. It's where the mornings go, where the evenings end, and where most of the stay actually happens.

At 950+ square feet, this is a larger layout than most one-bedroom condos at this price point. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas all face the Gulf. New laminate flooring throughout — no carpet — keeps the space fresh and easy to maintain after beach days. The king master suite has a private balcony entrance and en-suite bathroom.
