  • Discover the charm of "Old Florida" in this inviting island home! You will love the cute and comfortable interior and that it is just two short blocks from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island.

    Relax in the large backyard and enjoy the refreshing Gulf breezes. There is plenty of room for the family as this home features a living room and a family room. Both rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs. The kitchen boasts a brand-new stainless steel smooth top electric range and microwave, with a dining room just off the kitchen.

    The primary bedroom features a King bed and an ensuite half bath, while the guest bedroom offers two full beds. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a convenient sleeper sofa.

    This home also includes a single-car garage, a washer and a dryer, and an outside shower.

    Please note that this is a non-smoking home.

Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, check-in, comunicazione, posizione e accuratezza dell’annuncio
The rental was clean and exactly as pictured. A few tiny additions would have made a big difference. Window treatments in the kitchen, a dishwasher and a few cosmetic changes (half bath door was very weathered and splitting). The one stall garage that is mentioned in the add is not really usable. There were rugs on the floor and it did not have a door opener (it was manual and locked). The house itself had an initial musty smell which quickly went away after we turned on the fans to circulate the air. I think it would help to keep a couple fans running on low while not in use. The back yard was secluded but not completely secure. Both ends were open so anyone could walk in. Overall this is a nice place and with a few tweaks it would be top notch. We would consider this rental again in the future. The location was perfect. A very quick walk to the beach.
