North Beach Village # 1116 ... Questa è una fantastica residenza 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni. Gli aggiornamenti includono nuovi pavimenti in laminato di legno, bagni padronali e per gli ospiti di lusso completamente ristrutturati, nuovi arredi tra cui un divano letto nuovo di zecca, nuovi letti dappertutto, nuove TV, una cucina rinfrescata e un nuovissimo arredamento costiero.


Situato in una posizione ideale a Holmes Beach, a solo un isolato da una delle migliori spiagge dell'isola Anna Maria ea pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti famosi. Molto vicino a una delle famose fermate del carrello gratuito di Anna Maria, un modo divertente e gratuito per girare l'isola senza dover guidare. Il complesso del North Beach Village offre un ambiente tranquillo e lussuoso lontano da strade trafficate, con un paesaggio lussureggiante e una grande piscina.

Spring break

This property was perfect for my family that included 2 teenage boys. We had plenty of space throughout the 3 floors. My boys loved playing ping pong that was located in the garage. It was only a short 5 minute walk to the beach too. We saw dolphins almost every day. We rented bikes for the week. It was a short 15 minute bike ride to bean point beach which is at the top of the island which is a must see. We also drove a short 25 minutes to the MOTE aquarium. The pool was never busy and a very short walk. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores within walking distance. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful condo.

This condo was extremely clean and beautifully updated. It is comfortable and very well-equipped. The porch space is great. It is a short walk to the pool and close to the beach. The only negative is the fridge, which wasn't working quite as it should.

Relaxing getaway

This condo was immaculately clean, quiet, and very comfortable! It is very private with all the plants and palm trees out the windows. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and we slept so good! We usually drove a golf cart to the beach, but we also easily walked one day. There is a bridge between two of the buildings that leads to the next neighborhood and then it was just 1 block to the beach. We were able to eaily get to any part of the island and lots of delicious restaurants. Check in and out was super easy. We had one question when we arrived and the management responded very quickly to our text. We loved our stay here!

The home was very spacious and clean. It was maybe a couple blocks from the beach.

We loved the property. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was Super nice to us. The only thing we had an Issue with was the AC. The staff was very nice and tried their best to accommodate us.

Great house - great location

I waited until the last minute to book our summer vacation and was lucky to find this house. When we arrived I realized how lucky - the management company is amazing and we loved this house. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked and was exactly as advertised. The beach equipment provided was super helpful and the grill on the back porch was top notch. The neighborhood is very quiet and our stay was just great. We’ll definitely be back!

Location, location, location.

We stayed two weeks at this property in January and were very pleased. The location is just a few blocks from the beach and just a few blocks in the other direction is an amazing community center with playground, sports courts and a skate park. The condo grounds are excellent for younger children with lots of little walking trails, kids enjoyed catching lizards during the day and went out exploring with their headlamps on the evening. There are several restaurants and a small tourist shopping center within walking distance. The Ugly Grouper was our favorite as it kept the kids well entertained with outdoor games and had good drinks with live music every night. Home is spacious and as pictured. Beds are comfortable and appear to be new however the carpet on the stairs & some of the furniture is in need of a steam clean. We had the cleaning service come midway through our stay which was easy to arrange through the property manager. All in all we were thrilled with our stay here and found the management company to be very responsive to our preliminary questions and requests. We never had a reason to contact them during our stay. We would definitely return!

Great location!

This was a great base for our family vacation and the set up was perfect with 2 teenagers and needing extra space for remote work/school for all 4 of us. Screened in porch adds extra living space which we loved. We rented bikes for our stay and rode everywhere which was fun.

Very nice condo!! We hope to rent the same one again soon. Great location!

Rental experience was great. Was kept informed via email from the management company. The only issue I would say is we tried to get in touch with someone at the management company and waited a long time on the phone and just hung up. We emailed and response was over 24 hours to hear back. Also last email sent they didn’t even respond. Overall very nice townhome and location. Will visit again soon.

We were very happy with our stay. It was very clean and the online pictures are accurate. There are a couple of wagons to pull your stuff to the beach. It is probably closer to a 10 minute walk when you are with children. The kitchen is a bit lacking but I made it work. Only glass available which is not always conducive to giving to kids. We will return.
