Water’s Edge condo was perfect! A nice view from the balcony! Very clean and comfortable! Trolley stop right outside of the building. Check in and out was very easy! We were able to walk to shopping and dinner. Pizzanos is delicious and a must! Beach area was pretty private as the two public beach accesses were a good distance away. Wonderful vacation!

Great location!

My husband and I stayed a week at this property! The location was excellent! Easy to get to all the restaurants and shopping on the island. We rented a car, so it was nice that parking was included. The unit was a great size for my husband and I. Having both options of private beach access and pool were great! We were always able to find chairs. There were a couple of downsides that we experienced. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was very hard and felt like we were sleeping on hardwood. Additionally, we were advised that the unit includes complimentary chairs and a beach umbrellas for use during out stay. However, when we went to use these items, chairs were broken and all umbrellas were unusable - they were ripped with duct tape on them and poles broken. Upon seeing this, I notified the property manager and all that was said was "thank you for letting me know". We had assumed that these items would be replaced upon our stay but it was not addressed. Other renters in this building that we met were provided with multiple beach items in excellent quality. To stay a week without these items was disappointing.

Great beach getaway!

Excellent stay - loved the location. The condo had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs, and comfortable furniture and bedding. We’d love to come back again for a longer stay!

Great location!

Great location. We took our bikes and didn’t need to get back in the car once we were there.Walked to the Ugly Grouper down the street. Biked to Publix. Found another restaurant we will go back to Hurricane Hanks.Sunny and mid 70’s all week!The beach was beautiful!

This one bedroom condo was perfect for my wife and I for our visit to AMI. The condo was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for unpacking and storing our "stuff" so we didn't need to have clutter lying about. Kitchen was well furnished for meals in.We loved the private on-the-beach location and felt very safe with digital locks on all of the doors leading into the building and another digital lock on the condo door.We also liked the condo's location a couple of miles north of the route 64 bridge from Bradenton so we could avoid the bridge-traffic congestion clogging up the north-south AMI roads when going out to dinner at any of the north end AMI restaurants. Highly recommend this condo to any couple looking for a great place on AMI.On that note, we did not fold out the living room couch that would have served as sleeping accommodations for a second couple. I know the property description says the condo can accommodate 4 people, but my wife and I believe the condo would feel too small if another couple had been sharing it with us.

Well equipped condo

Unfortunately the carpet was very stained and if you didn’t wear shoes your feet were black. The microwave wasn’t working the first day however if was fixed the next afternoon.

Not cleaned on time

Was not cleaned at arrival, company came a couple hours later , other than that everything went fine . Springs in sofa bed poking thru and ripping the bottom of the cushions. I laid some cardboard on top to stop it .

Great stay!

This is an easy to access, clean, well decorated condo located right on the beach. Parking is convenient, the building is quiet, restaurants and activities are nearby. We had an enjoyable, problem free stay and would recommend this condo to others.

Beautiful and relaxing

Winter get-a-way

The location and area were very nice. It would have been nicer if the living room windows had more than just sheer curtains. It was easy to see in at night with the lights on. Also, I know it is beyond the owners control, but they were going to turn off the power early the morning we were leaving. Just made for a quick dash to get ready to leave that morning. But overall we enjoyed it very much.

The property was very clean upon entry but on day two or three and the cleaning products smell wore off there was a terrible sour/ garbage smell throughout the entryway and kitchen area the remainder of the week. They sent the maintenance person over on the third day to bring an O2 machine that would run while I was gone to clear the air. It worked just for a few hours at a time but on the very next day they came without notice and picked it up leaving a note they had been there and come into the property while I was not there and there was no notification by call or text. The smell remained and was quite putrid keeping me in the back of the house in the bedroom or out on the patio to avoid it. The beaches are so beautiful and the access is right there so I stayed outdoors most of the time unless it was storming. The condition of the unit was pretty good overall the bed was very firm and the carpet could use replacing as it’s pretty well stained at this point but everything else is extremely clean and seemed sanitary otherwise.

Location is terrific

You cannot beat the convenience of the condo being few steps from the beach! It was perfect for us! The cleanliness could have used some attention to detail- nothing huge though. Getting our laundry done was certainly a challenge, as there is only one washer/ dryer per floor. It took some serious teamwork of me and my husband monitoring in order to catch the washer not being used. Overall- it was a good stay. Again- the location is super convenient!

Great Beach Location

Enjoyed staying right on the beach. Pool was great and everyone we met there was so friendly. Close to restaurants. Very clean and nice. Can’t wait to come back.

Clean, convenient - a perfect vacation getaway

We loved the beachfront location of this property. Easy to find and check-in was a breeze. The condo was in a great location with a trolley stop right out front. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach out front and sunrises on the Anna Maria Pier which was just down the road. We enjoyed having our own kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal & found it to have everything we needed. We'd definitely stay again.
