- Located within the grounds of the impressive Field Dalling Hall, this property enjoys a peaceful and picturesque location. From here, a 10-minute drive will bring you to the nearest supermarket and pub for stocking up on supplies or enjoying a hearty meal out. The fantastic Norfolk coastline is within easy reach, as are the popular settlements of Holkham, Holt, Wells and Blakeney. A protected Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Norfolk coastline offers an abundance of scenic walks and wildlife spotting opportunities.
Inside, this historic building has been modernised throughout to offer bright and spacious accommodation for memorable getaways. The kitchen/diner is contemporary in style with a small dining table to seat two and glass panelling through to the lounge/bedroom to offer an open plan feel and allow in plenty of natural light. The kitchen contains an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. The main living space is bright and airy with a double bed, antique furniture, occasional lamps, comfortable sofas and charming sash windows. At the far end of this room, a cosy lounge area with Smart TV opens onto a sunny patio via French doors, perfect for those warm sunny days. There is a modern shower room with a double walk in shower cubicle, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside, there is a delightful patio area with table and chairs. This is a peaceful space to relax, unwind and enjoy the views over the wider gardens. There is off-road parking for two cars. To the front is a decked area with seating.
