Hotel a Holtby

“Hotel is central. Bed is small for two and you hear noise for the other rooms.”

“i like the facility of structure”

“We booked this as a last minute booking and wasn't sure ehat we were expecting but wow what a place! Beautifully designed, nice and relaxing. Staff couldnt do enough and great value for the rooms, Breakfast was lovely too! Only 20 minutes away from York City Centre will definitely be staying again”

“Room was big and clean with a lovely bed. Bathroom was ok but looking a bit tired. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great, everything you could want including omlettes. Didnt like the orange juice was more like orange squash. Public areas were modern and clean.”

“Overall an OK stay but not worth the price tag. Visited at half term, hotel appeared under prepared. All staff were helpful and polite but clearly under staffed so not necessarily their fault. Room not ready 2 hours after check-in, walkways not maintained, dirty glasses and plates with food on outside a lot of rooms. 1 bath robe in the room for 3 guests, toilet in the room didn't flush and whole bathroom in need of basic repairs. Bar/restaurant stopped taking food orders at 7:20pm in school...

“Un albergo molto confortevole e gestito con passione in una zona comoda per la stazione ed il centro cittadino. Una buona colazione. Edificio classico inglese.”

“Camera pulita un po’ piccola ma perfetta per un breve soggiorno parcheggio interno personale gentile”

“Property lovely, high standard interior. Staff on reception felt a little awkward as if on guard sat at a desk near the stairs but were always friendly. Access was a little difficult due to cars parked around the entrance to the car park. I guess to avoid the additional charge per night extra charge which we paid. Upon leaving our car was covered in tree sap but it will wash off. We stayed for 4 days and no one came into our room to empty our bins, replenish toiletries or restock the hot drink...

“Parking available, very close to town centre. Staff very nice. Rooms clean and tidy. ”

“Ho avuto un piccolo problema risolto nel giro di cinque minuti. Abbiamo dormito bene e la colazione è stata buona”

“Semplicemente fantastica. I padroni di casa sono disponibili ed ospitali e la casa è semplicemente wow. La versione lusso del b&b. Stanze grandi e pulite, colazioni di qualità eccellente e una ottima posizione per visitare York. Magica”

“Clean room and free parking”

“Comoda con personale molto cordiale e accogliente”

“Great experience. The building is quaint, cozy, with a unique design and interior decoration. Beautiful dining area and bar. The room (ground floor), was spacious and with a lovely art deco interior. Very nice shower with good water pressure, nice choice of shower gels and other amenities. The plumbing in the toilet was a bit iffy, but nothing too serious. Very comfortable bed, with soft pillows (this is my preference so I was happy with it). The building is very old, so the rooms can get a...

“Siamo stati solo una notte in questo hotel, abbastanza comodo per il centro. Lo staff gentile e accudente, la camera un po’ piccola ed il bagno minuscolo. Ho dovuto spostare un comodino perché mi era caduto un orecchino e ho trovato molta polvere. Il posteggio è comodo, costo 15 sterline al giorno”

“We only stayed at Ashbourne House for one night and it was very nice. Lovely room with a Comfortable bed, great shower and towels. Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch. It was a bit away from restaurants and the main shopping but public buses stopped just down the road and was easy to catch and came regularly if you didn’t have a car. If you did have a car there seemed...
