You know what you get. Great price but an old tired property. Staff friendly. But systems suck in that it took 15 minutes to check even with a confirmed and fully paid reservation in hand.

It was close to the funeral home that I needed to be at so thats the plus. It was dirty and kids running around upstairs.

Rude Indian lady! Room smells, sheets not clean & bed are very uncomfortable!! the gentleman man & his nephews were really nice, that was the only thing good about this place! I will not stay here again but didn’t have the choice because all room were booked near my destination!

Bathroom was dirty dead bugs in the corners, VERY limited hot water, wifi almost never worked. Computers was down so paid cash, on the way home i got a notification that $67 had been paid to Red Roof Inn off my card. Called them still waiting for them to refund my money.

It wasn’t horrible but the room could have used some more cleaning the floor was dirty, the blankets had some stains, the pillow cases had long strands of hair on them..the room smelled bad..just bought some air freshener and my own blanket..but it was cheap and served it’s purpose and the only staff I encountered was the check in clerk and he was very friendly.

get what you paid for 2/10
Not sure what I was expecting for the amount I paid but honestly the experience was a little worse. The room itself barely looked like it was touched from the last occupants, beer cans in the garbage, razor on the ground, sticky floors, some of the utensils were used and not thrown away. I got a smoking room but when I got here the entire room reeked I had to open the window and leave the fan on all night. Burn holes in the blanket and left over ash residue on the pillows and bed. Honestly not sure if they even put clean sheets on :/. Overall my experience was probably 2/10

Called Expedia and Expedia was very accommodating in getting a room in a different property equivalent to what had been reserved. Staff on duty was not at all nice, claimed that what I “requested” (2 bed non smoking) did not guarantee that I would receive this type room. Instead, received a room 1 bed and smelled like smoke. Also staff said I would need to call Expedia which I feel as though they didn’t think I would do. But I did! And glad I did!! Thumbs down to this property.

The room 116, had hardwood floors, there was stains on the sheets, the toilet was filthy and a shirt was left behind in the bathroom. The hallways were filthy and after seeing the room, we canceled and were told we would get a refund.

This hotel was the worst i have ever seen!! Bedding spotted and gross!! I had to drive 2 and a half hours home because i couldn't sleep there!!!

Reasonable price for the accommodation, no frills
The room was clean. The room faced the parking lot, which was well lit, but a lot of light came in behind the curtains, so the room was never dark. Hotel is only two stories, so there was no elevator. No breakfast was provided, but there was coffee in the lobby. Never could figure out how to find stations on the television, mostly got snow - read a book instead. Bed a little on the soft side.

When we checked in e pulled the bedding down and found there was not top sheet and the mattress pad had blood stains on it. We told the front desk and they come and changed the bedding, Good thing we had checked.

I never got to stay!! The hotel was advertised to be in one city, but was located 30 miles away!! I had made reservations but when I realized my mistake 30 or so minutes later, I tried cancel and get a refund. Your location wouldn’t refund the amount and did I stay there!

I booked an inexpensive room not expecting much, but it had been recently renovated. It was clean and comfortable. The young woman at the front desk was friendly. After booking in I read the negative reviews and knew I needed to share my positive one. I was so glad to find an affordable, comfortable hotel I didn’t have to pay $300 for! (Like Topeka hotels). No breakfast as renovations were happening. That was fine with me.
