“Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for.”

“Very convenient location. It's a walking distance to the train station,mall,restaurant, and stores. Our room was clean. Staff are nice. Breakfast was okay. Happy with our 1 night stay!”

“To be honest, I only needed a bed for the night and didn't see much of the staff, although they were friendly enough! Having read glowing reviews of the accommodation, I was rather disappointed. “A lovely little pub ideally situated for walkers, cyclists and horse riders but breakfast is not served until 9am although it is advertised in the room as 8 to 10am. As like us most people holidaying for this reason want to be up early and out. We had a room for three adults but the hospitality tray was set for two people and as the room was not cleaned or beds made during our stay we only had one t bag left for the second morning.”

“The property was what you would expect from a Premier Inn. Rooms were very clean and air conditioning was great.”

“This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep.”
