“Mattress was nice
Pool was closed entire stay 2 nights
Toilet seat was loose
Towel bar or shelf was missing
Bathroom floor was grungy
Asked for a discount for the pool being closed both days. Told that once Experian could do that.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here .
Everyone are very nice to you .
The hotel is nice and clean!!
The breakfast is very yummy .
The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel .
Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min .
I recommend for sure !!!!”

“The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning.
Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness.”
