  • Nuovo per il mercato degli affitti notturni di quest'anno, questa piccola e deliziosa casa è stata completamente rinnovata in uno stile Alaskan piuttosto eclettico. Abbiamo unito alcuni dei vecchi Alaska con un look fresco per un effetto assolutamente affascinante. Si prega di notare che le camere da letto in questa casa sono al piano di sopra mentre il bagno è al primo piano.

    Situato convenientemente vicino alla città, nell'angolo posteriore della proprietà, si dispone di un cortile privato, un ampio parcheggio e una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Kachemak e sulla catena montuosa innevata di Kenai. Ci sono ponti su tutta la larghezza della casa su entrambi i livelli. Rivolta a sud, la casa e i ponti catturano il pieno sole nelle ore serali. Entrambi i ponti hanno posti a sedere da cui rilassarsi, bere un caffè (o qualsiasi altra cosa!) e prendi le viste straordinarie.

This place is fantastic!! The views are amazing and the momma moose with her babies in the yard was icing on the cake! Phyllis is an amazing host! We would absolutely recommend this place!

A wonderful property in Homer! Beautiful view, great location, responsive hosts. We loved the kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and having a washer/dryer, Everything was marvelous.

My husband and sons loved staying at Fern Creek. Everything was perfect and the location was so convenient to the Spit. They would definitely book it again on a return trip.

Fern Creek House was the most awesome little garden cottage in Homer! We had all the amenities we needed and we felt sure that Phyllis and Kit would do anything we needed to make our stay remarkable! The love for their VRBO was evident by all the care they took in both indoor and outdoor maintenance and attention to detail! I don't know if we will ever get back to Homer again, but if we are that fortunate, we know where we will be staying... again!

Amazing view!!

We spent most of our time looking at the incredible view! We loved the house and the art and history but most of all we loved seeing the moose every day and the sandhill crane. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view from a comfy cute 2 stor house

Loved the property and view and proximity to the Homer spit. Enjoyed our stay so much and got to do laundry so didnt have to pack as much for our 1 week adventure in Alaska!

Beautiful setting and views. House was perfect for two couples. Easy drive to fishing, hiking, restaurants and shops. Great communication with host.

Very nice place to stay. Great location in Homer. Good view of mountains. All the amenities you need. Washer and dryer were a plus. Internet was slow, but wasn’t a big need for us. The place was just as the photos showed.

Cute and clean. Very close to town. Beds were very comfortable and we had an amazing view to the bay and glacier. Would recommend and stay here again!

Two day stay in Homer

Great place with great views from the decks. Nice comfortable mattresses. We didn’t cook but nice big kitchen if you intend to cook. Easy to get to from town.

Wonderful Stay

The communication, flexibilty, and kindness didplayed by the host was so apprciated. The property was manicured and the unit we stayed in was top notch. Close to everything you cant go wrong staying here and the pricr is right.

This was a wonderful 2 BR 1 Bath house that was very complete with everything that we needed and then more! The communications with Phyllis were very good. She provided an excellent description of the property, directions to find the property and how to access the house when we arrived. The grounds were beautiful, well groomed with the flowers and her garden. It was a pleasant sight because we had left a dry smokey landscape in western Colorado that was on fire! The two Sandhill cranes were a delight to see with one always on guard and I assume protecting a nest. The house was very clean with a complete kitchen with all dishes and pans that we needed. The laundry room was fully stocked with a very nice washer and dryer. The beds were so comfortable and welcome after touring the Homer area. We really appreciated the TV room off the upstairs bedrooms for a movie on Netflicks. The deck was a plus for the views as well as the lower deck off the living/kitchen area. The Homer area is very beautiful and this VRBO house captures the views of the mountains, the spit, glaciers and the hospitality of the area and the owners of this property for other to enjoy.I would recommend this VRBO and I could easily book again in the future,Thank you Phyllis!

Perfect Place to stay in Homer

I can see why this airbnb has such amazing reviews! It is located in a great spot in town, close to everything, yet with a private and very safe feel. Mama moose and her baby visited one evening and we watched through the window in amazement as they made themselves at home in the yard. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is hot, and the coffee beans and grinder were a nice special touch. I would love to come back and stay here again if I ever make it back to Homer!
