The main house greets you with an inviting living area that will make you feel right at home. Comfortable seating, a cozy stone fireplace, a TV for movie nights, and an open floor plan create the perfect atmosphere for cherished memories with your loved ones. Prepare your favorite home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen to enjoy at the dining nook. Windows line the entire front wall, promising a picturesque backdrop from every angle. Whether you're getting ready for a day on the lake or gathering around for a game night, this space offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience.

The real heart of the home lies outside, where the lakefront views will take your breath away. A dining table and seating area on the spacious patio are designed for ultimate outdoor living. Head down to the lake where a patio awaits with plenty of seating. Spend your days here, simply soaking in the serene surroundings, or take advantage of the private lakefront access with a refreshing swim – there’s something for everyone to enjoy! As the sun begins to set, sip an evening cocktail, fire up the grill, and dine alfresco amidst the stunning lake views.

Head to one of the three bedrooms in the main house for a restful retreat. One bedroom boasts a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a TV for winding down in the evenings, while the other two bedrooms offer queen beds.

The guest house is a haven of its own, boasting ample space and privacy. The main floor boasts a king bed, a cozy seating area with a fireplace, and a dining nook. With an upstairs loft featuring 2 queen beds and a full bathroom on the main floor, it's an ideal setup for families. Step outside from the guest house to your private patio, where a table awaits for sipping your morning coffee.

Situated in the snowy Sierra Nevada Mountain range straddling the border between California and Nevada, Lake Tahoe offers stunning panoramic scenery and year-round adventure. Local Attractions: Homewood Ski Resort, Palisades Tahoe, Eagle Falls Trail (hiking), Eagle Rock (hiking and lookout point), Emerald Bay, Sugar Pine Point State Park (Nordic events of 1960 Winter Olympics), Inspiration Point Vista, Chambers Landing Bar & Grill (American), Meeks Bay Marina and Beach, Tahoma Market, and the Rubicon (world-famous 4x4 trail).

Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood-burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short-term rental regulations.
- The washer and dryer are conveniently located outside the studio, behind the double doors.
- Please note that all outdoor furniture, including grills, will be stored for the winter months at the Tahoe Market.
- The home does not have a dock or a buoy, so guests will need to launch their boat in and out of the water and store it on the trailer in the driveway. However, they are welcome to bring their own buoy if desired.

Parking Details:
- 4 cars can be parked onsite.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.
- Please note this home does not have AC.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

While the photos of the property indicated a lovely home on the lake, they could not do justice to the absolutely beautiful home and setting on the lake! The location, home & lake setting exceeded our expectations.

Wow! Just wow!

This was an incredible experience for our family. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and we were all just overwhelmed with what a wonderful experience this house and location offered. The house was as adorable as the pictures! We started out under snow, but during the week it melted off and we were able enjoy time in the yard overlooking the amazing lake view. There were 10 of us, and the sleeping accommodations worked out fine for us. We had a few small issues and the property management was so quick to address them, and just made everything so easy.This was a memory and experience we will not ever forget!
