“The hotel was insanely loud. Loud banging throughout the night that almost sounded like construction, yelling, doors slamming, car alarms going off throughout the night. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the sofa in the room had multiple dark stains all over it. The room did not look like it had been wiped down at all. Online, the pricing showed that I would owe $34 at the hotel... Ended up paying over $80 for undisclosed fees. Parking lot entry and exit wasn't working, so it was...

“hi when i checked in, there was no hot water, and even a call to the front desk asked to continue run the hot water for 10-15mins. I did so and still no hot water. I have requested for a room change. However, when I requested for an earlier room cleaning, only the bathroom towels were replaced, nothing else. Overall, it was not a pleasant staying experience. I would say the chances for next stay is low with this chain.”

“I was not aware that none of the amenities were gonna be open. None of the shops or restaurants or anything was open in the village the entire time of our stay. That is probably my fault for assuming and not checking. Every single thing in the village was closed other than the hotel. The reason why we went there was because we thought we were gonna be close to several things and not have to travel very far. Other than that, the room was great. Everything was very clean and well kept.”
