#1 Cozy 2 Bdrm with Boat Parking -- Convenient Location

You’ll love our coastal-themed vacation home, with a private back patio, front porch, and even an extra sleeper sofa. Perfect for business, small families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway, and just a short drive to swim with manatees, fish, catch scallops, beaches, and more. PLUS onsite Boat Parking!

Hammocks, fire-pit, and BBQ grill are located in the courtyard and shared between our four vacation homes.

The space:

This home is peaceful and cozy with smart TV's in living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials to prepare your favorite meals.

Guest access:

Your vacation home is completely private to you and your group.

Common areas: Hammocks, Fire Pit, BBQ Grill.

Our Unit 4 pet fee is $80.00. Max 2 pets.*

If the proper amount is not billed during booking, we will send a request for any additional amount owed.

In Unit 4, we offer a dog bed, toys, water, and food bowls, which are available upon request and we have a designated dog park on the side of our unit located at the corner of W. Longfellow St. and S. Sandburg Point.

*Pets are only permitted in "pet-friendly homes" with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. Pets are not allowed on furniture, or bedding, and must never be left alone inside the home unless they are crated. Please clean up all pet refuse. In the event that the housekeeper must clean this, you will be billed at a rate of $50 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, which will be charged to the credit card provided.

Property owner was very accommodating & place was decorated nicely! It was a great location (close to places we wanted to see). It was good for what we needed it for and we had a blast. Lots of nature trails, parks & restaurants nearby. It did have a funny smell when you first walked in. It was as a bit noisy but not the owners fault. Neighborhood kids played ball until about midnight, dogs & peacocks woke us up around 5:30am both mornings & you could hear vehicles from the highway.

One week stay

Overall, this place with 100% awesome. Convenient boat parking, was a tad bit off, but I have a very large boat, but overall the host was amazing. The place was perfect.

Weekend getaway.

Wonderful weekend getaway. Home was clean and cozy. Had minor issues with keypad for front door but Michelle was great and got it fixed for us. Was able to park our 22 ft center console boat and 2 trucks. Would recommend backing in from the start of the road because it does dead end. Would definitely come back.

Homossassa getaway

I had an event to attend in Hmossassa and needed overnight accommodations. I thought I'd try VRBO. I was able to reserve this property. Great central location. Nicely furnished and equipped with all things needed for a comfortable stay. The host was amazing. I will return next year.

Not my favorite

I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but we really did not enjoy our stay. I will say the unit was very clean and decorated very cute, but that’s the end of the positives. The listing is very misleading….from the photos you think you’ll be staying in a single family home. So needless to say we were surprised when we arrived and it’s several duplex’s on the same street. We stayed one night so we just said whatever it’s fine for a night. But the photos you see online are also not what your duplex will look like….we were planning to have a pull out couch but our unit did not have one. All things we overlooked until it was time to go to bed….we went to turn the temp down, and the thermostat had a code on it so guests can not adjust it! We live in Florida so we get it, AC is expensive but that is such a tacky thing to do. It was 74 degrees so we figured we will probably be fine. 3am rolled around, all my kids were up sweating, we were sweating, the rooms do not have ceiling fans….it was miserable. By 5am the host did message me the code the turn it down. We love staying in vacation homes but this one we won’t be returning to

Great Get Away!

We had a great time and the place was awesome and centrally located for us with the boat. We really enjoyed our time with the kids and grandkids, this place was perfect for our weekend. Highly recommend.
