10 posti letto, Woodsy e Beachy, privato, appartato, tranquillo, casa su palafitte con accesso privato al fiume, vicino a tutte le azioni di Old Homosassa come Freezer, Mac Raes. Costa della natura al suo meglio! Goditi la storia che abbiamo da offrire, visita le sorgenti per escursioni naturalistiche! Lancio gratuito della barca su MacRaes per l'accesso al Golfo. Noleggia anche barche a noleggio. OFFRIAMO DUE KAYAK PESCA per il tuo divertimento!

Su quasi un acro di alberi a baldacchino, proprietà recintata. Offre un ampio parcheggio per camper e rimorchi. Ottimo per capesante, tornei di pesca, nuotare con i lamantini, rinfrescarsi nelle sorgenti di acqua dolce o semplicemente scappare.

Abbiamo wifi e abbiamo Apple TV con ufficio privato se vuoi lavorare. Cucina extra-large, completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per chiamarla a casa. Lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, macchina per il caffè Keurig, tonnellate di parcheggio!

Potrebbe facilmente ospitare 8 persone con due letti matrimoniali in una camera privata, due letti singoli che condividono il DEN, materasso ad aria Double hight Queen. NOTA c'è un DOCCIA e DUE MEZZI BAGNI. Homeaway non lo offre come opzione per imputare i dati.

Very enjoyable stay - house provided everything we needed and more. We were there for both a birthday celebration and scalloping adventure. The boat dock sink was perfect to clean our catch. Took two of the Kayaks out for a paddle. House clean and well tended. Plenty of privacy and room for us all

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property looked just like the pictures. The home had everything we needed as far as kitchen appliances, dishes, silverware. Plenty of towels. Enjoyed sitting on the porch. We loved the kayaks and mule. We took the mule to get ice cream. We visited the Wildlife Park which was very close and Ft Island which was a cool little beach. Would highly recommend this place!

Great time had by all!

Had a great time

We stayed 3 nights unfortunately it rained most of the days on and off but made the most of it.We did drive the ATV we enjoyed that. Tried kayaking by the house but the water smelled .We really enjoyed the house, beds were very comfortable. Really no complaints! I would recommend this place to anyone

Cool porch

Rented this property w a fishing buddy for a week of tarpon fishing. Convenient to restaurants and MacRae’s Marinia. Great to have a golf cart included. Cool nautical decor. Beds super comfortable. Great TV. Plenty of room. Jack n Jill bathroom was tricky to get used to, but not a big deal. And best of all, a great porch to hang out on with 2 ceiling fans.

Perfect Getaway

What an amazing place to stay! Jennifer’s correspondence with me from the get go was timely, warm and inviting. The house was amazing and as beautiful as the pictures! They had everything that we needed and more! She supplied towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, coffee, kayaks and a golf cart! Forgot your razor, there was one in the drawer! The big grocery store is convenient out near the highway, there is also a small grocery store within walking distance. The bar/ restaurants that are within walking distance or better yet, a golf cart ride away, are fun! We planned on eating in more but could not resist the shrimp at The Shed (MacRaes) or the Freezer. There are several other restaurants close, but we didn’t get to those. We used the kayaks twice, once for fishing and once to paddle up to the springs. That was a bit of a paddle, but so worth it! It had gotten warm, the manatee were going out, but we did see 1! On the way, we enjoyed the undeveloped coastline and saw a couple alligators and about a dozen huge turtles resting on fallen trees. And so many birds! Hawk, Eagle, pelicans, heron, Ibis, ducks and more! We also rented a pontoon at MacRaes and headed to the Gulf. That was fantastic and reasonable. I think I’d hire a fishing guide next time, then you don’t have to buy a fishing license (it’s included) and really catch something! We also went to the Homosassa Spring Wildlife State Park, we enjoyed that very much! Great location, fun, safe community, amazing house! I would definitely recommend this to all. Couples, friends or a family, so much to do! My favorite part was relaxing, having morning coffee or a evening glass of wine on the deck! We felt very comfortable being there, like your home away from home!

Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed!

This house is beautiful! It was spotless, comfortable, well stocked with everything needed, and owners were easy and pleasant to work with. It is secluded and private and a very short drive to Homosassa Springs and the river. Oh, and the beds are super comfy:)

This place is a dream come true.

The pictures do not do the place justice. They have thought of everything. The location is close to many restaurants if you don't want to use the kitchen.
