Una casa completamente ristrutturata situata nel vecchio Homosassa desiderabile. Quasi un lotto d'acro con vista sull'enorme baia. Questa è una grande camera da letto 3, 2 bagni con una stanza in più con divano letto. Tutti gli arredi sono di alto livello. La proprietà ha una veranda con vetrate, una barca riparata con stazione di pulizia sul molo con lavandino, MACCHINA PER GHIACCIO, grill e patio aperto. Zona di legatura della barca. Area di lancio aggiuntiva per kayak o jet sky. Questo è veramente il paradiso dei pescatori. RIP PAD E HOOK-UP È DISPONIBILE ANCHE SULLA PROPRIETA 'SENZA COSTI AGGIUNTIVI. Sedetevi nella veranda o nella rimessa per barche e osservate i lamantini e i delfini. Puoi pescare o pescare direttamente al molo. Quattro kayak e una canoa disponibili. UTILIZZARE A PROPRIO RISCHIO. ACCESSO DIRETTO AL FIUME E AL GOLFO. Meno di 1 miglio dal Freezer, Mc Rae, Shelly's Fish House, Old Mill, Shed, Riverside Resort. Minuti a Homosassa Wild Life Park, Publix, rifornimento di trattori e Walmart. Vicino a tutto !!!!

Everything was great overall. The house has very nice furniture, appliances, and everything. Here is some minor information or suggestions:1. Porch door inset glass keeps opening up if the door is shut too hard and it takes a while to figure out the problem and get into a habit of shutting the door easy so glass doesn't open. 2. Fish cleaning station is chained off/restricted. Inside boat house table has a lip and is not good for cleaning fish. Would be nice to have a fish cleaning station for the guests. 3. There is no outside electrical outlet near the carport that I can see for charging golf cart. Again, this is all minor. Overall, this is the nicest and most accommodating place I have ever stayed in Homasassa.

Great experience with the rental.

We've stayed at dozens of properties from the keys to big bend and this was probably the cleanest. We're just disappointed in the scallops being so thin but that's not the fault of the property owner. We plan on returning in the future and this property was very nice indeed.

Upon arrival walking in the door was so great, just as the pictures showed , beautifully open with great space. nicely decorated with lake house accents. The bedrooms were small but the beds were nice. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and at the boat dock. Enjoyed Sunsets, so beautiful!! Very peaceful, enjoyed sitting in the screened in area. We had a great time and enjoyed the home!!! We would for sure go back. Thanks for sharing!!

Perfect Fishing Get-a-Way

This was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Extremely clean, well appointed and welled stocked with every tool and pot and pan. We took our mother, 89, and Aunt 93, and the house was flat and so easy for them to get around. They are sisters and loved sitting on the porch visiting while we fished. The ice maker was a luxury to have available. We also chartered Capt Dave and that was fun getting on his boat at the house dock. We have stayed in many different places in Homosassa, this was our favorite.

Great property

We saw manatees off the dock! Very cool. The house, boathouse, ice machine, and yard are awesome. Very busy area this time of year on the weekends (May) so if you can stay during the week you might enjoy it most. Several restaurants close by so that is handy-though the kitchen and dining room in the rental is large and well appointed.

The cleanest nicest house we have ever found through vrbo. We loved the house, the yard, the location, the porch and deck, the well-stocked kitchen, and everything else. It was perfect for our family spring break adventures. Thank you for having us! We definitely want to visit again soon!

Loved this house

Great accommodations, well equipped, very clean, and beds were very comfortable. Loved the screened in porch and dock. Great neighbor Dave was also a fantastic fishing guide. Perfect location just off the Homosassa River and near the gulf. Can’t wait to come back.

Thanksgiving break

We had a great stay. The place was clean and the use of the kayaks were great. We were just confused because the listing says hot tub but there was not a hot tub on the property. We would stay there again though. We would definitely recommend this property.

Homosassa Birthday Trip

The house was great, not too far from the Freezer, and Shed. Water access was good. The ice maker was fantastic. Really enjoyed the fire pit at night. Very good time and will try to rent again.
