“We had a very disappointing stay at Aura Eco Stay. We had informed them well in advance that we would be arriving late at night, yet no arrangements were made for our check-in. When we reached, the front desk staff didn’t even know about our booking, and to make things worse, the kitchen was closed with no support provided for food.
