The room we got checked into was not cleaned at all there was dirty towels and toilets was dirty and the beds were not made like they had been slept in. It smelt bad. They moved us to another room, the carpets were not vaccuumed the fridge was not cold and the toilet was dirty like it had not been ...

Room was spotless, we did have a little hangup but nothing serious. The water pressure was ok. The bed was to soft for me. The amenities was perfect. I had to pay extra fees. I was not a fan about. I felt the resort feed should have been included in the cost when i paid for the package.
