When you book with us, your group will have exclusive access to the property during your stay which gives you the privacy and seclusion to escape the hustle and bustle of the outside world. In addition to the grounds and lake, you will also have access to the follow amenities & activities:

-Use of rowboats, kayaks and canoes (life jackets provided)
-Access to commercial grade kitchen
-Designated swimming area at the lake
-Access to our dining hall and rec room (includes ping pong tables, pool table, etc...)

-Fishing permitted with valid PA license - 15 and under no license required. Catch and release only

-Linens will be provided; no daily cleaning available
-Very limited Wifi
- As we are considered a commercial facility (formerly a summer camp) we will have staff around daily preforming maintenance working and other routine tasks such as checking refrigerator temperatures
