“There was a broken light switch in the bathroom. My wife received an actual shock when she turned on the light. Parking was listed at $35.00 per night, but I was charged $50.00 per night! We couldn't use the stove top without the smoke alarm going off, even with the outside doors open and the stove fan-vent on high. The coffee was undrinkable.”

We were told hours earlier that day that the room was ready but then it wasn’t and to come back in a couple hours which we did and still had to wait. Hot tub jets were not working and wasn’t the cleanest. Staff was nice. Room was satisfactory. Great location!”

“Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”
