“DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is a false listing. It is not what it advertises; restaurant/hotel. I felt scammed when I turned up with my family. I booked last minute and I should have checked more reviews. The photo on their website is now non existent (I assume it’s what it used to be years ago) it’s frontage is now a Greggs, nowhere tells you to get the keys from inside the Londis garage. Only because I went to ask where the place was, I was told ‘oh yeah you collect the keys here’ and the rooms are...

“Wonderful welcome on arrival by the owner, Sue. The room is lovely and big with a large bathroom, it's spotlessly clean everywhere with beautiful decor. There is a little fridge in the room with milk for hot drinks, a nice touch. The breakfast each morning is superb with the best eggs we've ever tasted (from their own chickens). We have already booked for next year at the same time. Highly recommended.”

“The location was great for our purposes and the parking was good. Breakfasts were excellent, there was a nice patio and garden out the back. Well-run family B&B. The principal negatives were the noise (our suite overlooked the main road) and the very spasmodic Wi-Fi. At this price point it was disappointing.”

“The description of the property was accurate and was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, our sleep was disturbed evening (11.30 pm) and morning (6.00 am) by the noise of water in the sinks and showers from adjoining rooms, and on the first morning by housekeeping coming into the room whilst still in bed. (8.00 am)”
