Great location and studio apartment
The unit had everything needed for our stay. Loved the outside patio area also. The unit was near everything. Could walk to many restaurants and activities. We did rent car and could find space in garage next to unit each time we went out. Great place, great time

The Aloha Suite is an incredibly convenient location, within walking distance to everything we needed. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and towels provided, and the Host's easy check in and communication. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Awesome Location
The location had a busy vibe and a walkable location to the beach, shops, fun eateries, and great sunsets. The room was very simple. Cozy. Came with beach chairs and beach umbrella. Comfortable bed and good storage. Responsive hosts to minor issues that came up. The building had two days of no water in the building from 9-5 but we worked around those issues. The cleaning fees were overpriced for such a small unit.

Peter's warm welcome is a superb plus in helping kick off our vacation is Honolulu. Convenient walk to everything in the Waikiki area. Peter is an amazing host to the the cherry on top of your trip. Book with confidence!

Cozy place and great location!
Rental was in a great location! Just a couple streets from the beach and a food truck park right across the street (breakfast, poké, ice cream). There is also a very popular poké place right around the corner called Maguro Spot. The beach, great breakfast spots, shops, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Room came with all the essential amenities including body wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels, clothes iron, full size fridge, and all kitchen necessities. Towels, chairs, and umbrella for the beach were also provided. Very clean and cozy stay with table and chairs on the balcony. Definitely recommend!

Nice place
Overall nice place , simple in the middle of Waikiki , walking distance to everything. Good for a short stay.. 1 major drawback is the parking. It’s expensive and no guarantee you’ll have a spot especially on weekends and may have to park blocks away and can get very expensive.

Hard to beat location
Overall, my husband and I agreed that this was a good value. It's small, but we saw that in the photos. The air conditioner is a little loud, but so grateful to have cool air! We felt secure and loved the location.

Peter’s apartment is cosy, clean and well equipped! It has everything that we asked for, and on top of that, it is really well located in Waikiki and you could simply walk to the beach and other dining options. Peter himself is really helpful and always reaching out to provide information ahead of time which is very much appreciated. Would highly recommend his property! Mahalo!

I had a great stay at Aloha Suite. It was easy to locate and easy instructions. The apartment was clean and tidy, with pretty much everything you need to rest, eat and wash up. There was parking in the basement. Conveniently close to shops, restaurants and the beach of course. Peter the host was very helpful and responsive. Only minor inconvenience was that the laundry room was recently closed down. But otherwise a great stay.

Nice little studio close to the beach
I chose this place based on price, proximity to the beach, and close to where I was going to be working for the week. It was clean, stocked with all you need for a day at the beach, and is secure. Never felt unsafe. Tons of restaurants around, shopping spots are also within walking distance. The host was super responsive to all messages. For parking, there are very few spots and it is tight getting in and out. I parked at the Waikiki Banyan a couple blocks away, lots of spots, and only $150 for a week or $30/day. If it's you and your spouse and you need a no frills place near the beach, I'd definitely recommend this place. If it's a friend, you'd better be close enough to share a bed and be comfortable with no door for the bathroom area.

Great location
My partner and I enjoyed our short stay in Peter’s property. A block away from the beach, 5 min from the mall, soo close to eateries and coffee… It really can’t be beat. Peter’s communication was probably the best of all the hosts I’ve rented from. He provided thorough directions and quick responses. Would def stay here again.

Was incredibly close to the famous Waikiki Beach, super cute, and homey. The traffic and early morning deliveries (4am during the weekdays) with backup beeping for a good hour plus were our only complaint. We enjoyed the stay, and would happily stay again.

Everything we needed for our stay. Convenient to city bus stop. We took buses to pearl harbor, flea market, and to where some of our tours loaded up. Recommend going to abc store and getting a day pass - cheaper than paying individual fares. The host is very friendly and will help with any issues that might occur. Thx.

Simple spot
Check-In and Out process was just as described from manager. Very simple. We just needed a clean, quiet place to sleep. No frills. It’s exactly what we expected and needed. This place is for the simple traveler. No pool. No gym. No extras. I am very particular about cleanliness too and this place was fine. They left plenty of liquid soap in the kitchen and bath, shampoo, conditioner, and even toilet paper!! That gets extra ratings for sure! A roll of paper towel at the ABC store $6.26, 1 ROLL!!!! So thankful we had a paper towel roll upon arrival! Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked fine. I would bring a portable fan next time I come to Honolulu. No ceiling fan. One elevator is out of commission so using only the other means to expect a wait. I would not stay in this area if bringing children. The neighborhood is rough. People leave you alone but it is not for children. Thank you very much! Lovely place to live. Maybe someday!

Perfect Stay
My husband and I spent a week in Waikiki and it was Paradise. Our studio was safe,'clean,awesome location, we rented a car but did not need it, about a block from tge Beach and surrounded by restaurants and shops.The studio was completely furnished and stocked with everthing you need.Cookware,towels,'Beach towels,beach chairs etc etc.The studio is comfortable for one or two people.I recommend it highly.

Cozy studio in the heart of Waikiki
I think this was a great property to stay in. It's location is superb, being right in the heart of Waikiki. There's lots around in the immediate vicinity, and quite literally just 2 blocks from the beach. We walked around when we could, since the downside for being in the center of the action is a lack of parking. We didn't want to move our car much if we were just going be around the area. Overall great stay. I only had 1 hiccup while checking in; the room was not quite ready when we arrived. I had received an email saying the place was going to ready early (around 2pm, so 1 hour before standard check in). I didn't arrive until about 3:30pm anyway, but the room wasn't quite ready yet. The cleaning person was finishing up, so we only waited around 15-20 minutes extra. Not a big deal, but still not ideal especially with a notification of an "early" check in. Overall, very good stay and I'd consider staying here again.

Highly recommend! Super close to the beach and "The bus" (local transportation) has a stop one street down. From airport to front door on local transportation! The room was clean and included everything needed to enjoy your stay. They even had beach chairs and umbrellas! Fully stocked in towels (shower and beach towels). Everything is in walkijg distance. The building pretty mutch has everything, car rentals, bikes/scooters and storage. Food is down stairs and Poke bowls on the corner. Dont forget to try the Musubie shop across the street! Its hidden but delicious. I'll be back forsure!

Really Great Experience
Room was exactly as pictured/described. Check in/out was a breeze. Peter was incredibly responsive and communication was excellent from booking, through the stay, and checkout Location a block and a half from Waikiki Beach is pretty hard to beat! Room was clean! Beach chair(s) and some swim gear provided. Refrigerator was stocked with ice & clean cold water for my arrival. Dishes/pots/pans/silverware/coffee maker provided. A/C worked great! This place exceeded my expectations, very secure, and I couldn't be more pleased with my stay!

Amazing place close to everything
This place is awesome!!!! It is only 2 blocks away from Kuhio beach and all the action, making it it just far enough to not be too loud or overwhelming. The apartment is stocked with everything you might need, from a toaster to beach chairs, to beach towels and pots and pans :) Peter was a wonderful host, always quick to answer questions and making sure we We’re comfortable. We could not have asked for a better stay! Mahalo Peter!!! We will be back :)

Great Place
The unit is very cozy, clean, and well taken care of. The communication from Peter could not be any better. He is a fantastic host. A short walk to the beach and plenty of dining options in Waikiki. Parking is really the only challenge in the area. Other then that the entire process was easy.

Peter was very quick to respond. Studio very close to beach. It was easy to prepare meals or eat at the restaurant downstairs, Blue Ocean. Shower smelled strong, we adressed it to him and he fixed it, but honestly beside that, the place is perfect for us.

Great place for the price.
Peter is great, always replies in a timely manner. We had no issues. This is a nice place with all the amenities at hand. A small kitchen a big fridge in case you didn’t want to go out to eat all the time. The location is great, a 3 minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be booking with Peter in the future!

Great Location
Checkin was nice and easy as the instructions by the owner was very detailed. The unit was small (as expected) but perfect for if you just want to have a quick breakfast and somewhere to sleep. The location is great minutes away from Waikiki Beach and strip, and if you didn't want to go to the busy beach it was not far from a lot of other activities. The shower drain was not draining properly when we got there but my husband found a plunger in the unit and fixed it pretty quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
