Additionally, you'll be delighted to discover that Waikiki's famous high-end shops and restaurants are just a short distance away, and the renowned Waikiki beach is only ten minutes away.

    - Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
    Starter Kit: paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap & liquid dish soap. (once these items run out, it will be your responsibility to supply your own)
    NOT PROVIDED: Housekeeping Service, additional bathroom toiletry, Condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, cooler, or baby equipment.

    CHECK-IN IS 3 p.m. – CHECK-OUT IS 11 a.m.
    Since another guest may check in the same day you check out, you must reserve the condo for the night of your departure to guarantee a late check-out.

    Important Building Requirement (Registration + Agreement)
    Four Paddle requires all guests to be registered in advance. After booking, you will be asked to complete a building registration form and sign a written rental agreement as part of the check-in process. This is a standard requirement for the building and helps ensure a smooth arrival for all residents and guests.

The perfect location walkable to the beach and all eateries. The building was secure and the staff were very friendly. Being able to have in-unit laundry and easy parking were absolute pluses for a longer stay! Enjoy your coffee on the balcony in the morning while the city wakes up!

Great experience in Hawaii

Great place to stay short walk to the beach and just a block away from the main strip for shopping. Enjoyed the full kitchen and laundry in the condo.

Very Nice

Location, free parking on premises, smart tv and size of the room was all a plus. I stayed for Valentine’s Day weekend with my boyfriend and the company gave us a surprise gift bag with chocolate and wine (Thank you so much!). Would stay here again (:

Great stay!

The pictures are a little generous like others have said but overall our stay was comfortable, safe and convenient! The place is a little outdated and couch could be better but there's ac, kitchen is stocked, linens stocked, laundry in unit, free parking spot, security, walking distance to everything, and host was very responsive and prompt. Would stay here again!

Nice time in the city

Everything was walkable for the most part. Food, entertainment, beach, and stores. Just minutes away and you have a mall and "Hollywood Blvd" look alike. It was nice having a place to watch TV or sleep depending on the jet leg from travel. We had the ability to make food and save some money in the condo. We had a great time.

Good value!

My husband and I enjoyed the condo because it was spacious & lots of storage. Laundry inside condo is always good in Hawaii. The building is older but that didn’t bother us. Loved that we could walk to a lot of destinations. The included parking space is a money saver. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

The condo is perfectly located in a nice neighborhood in Waikiki (behind the Ritz). We were able to walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants in less than 10 mins. There was a mini market across the building which helped tremendously when we needed something. The residents and security guards were very friendly. Brent also went above and beyond when we needed something. Great price for the location and the parking was a plus since parking in Waikiki can be a bit stressful.

Great Location!

We loved this little oasis. It had great amenities and very comfy. Not a friendly place. In the elevator, one guy muttered under his breath loud enough for us to hear that he hates tourists. Lots of homeless with mental illness walking around. But we still enjoyed our stay visiting family and doing “tourist” things too. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would recommend!

Loved staying here, since its very walkable. Love the parking garage and washer dryer in unit is a plus. Id definitely stay here again. The only thing that bothered us was the carpet, they definitely need a cleaning. The AC was very good and worked well but it was intermittent one evening and the building mgmt fixed it the following morning. Also I personally never saw a roach in our unit (for those who read the other reviews.)

Vacation Rental in Oahu

Pros: Good location with easy access to beach, shopping & restaurants. Apt was well stocked with towels, kitchen, beach towels, hair dryer, etc. Good building security. Cons: Carpet was stained and dirty, apt had not been cleaned from previous tenant so we had to wait 2 hrs for housekeeping to clean it before we could check in. No contact info given in reservation so had to have apt security contact apt people in order to get housekeeping done so we could check in.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location in Waikiki, in a safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants. Not loud, and the on site parking is great. Unit is old, and quality is ok. Vents are dirty, washer and dryer are filthy, bathroom has rust, and table is wobbly. Carpet was fine but floors were dirty. Little communication from property management, and limited office hours to reach them.

Just perfect for us!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at the Four Paddles. The location was great and everything in the condo was functional. As said in other reviews, we agree the futon needs replacing as you can actually feel the boards of the frame - ouch! But that aside, the shower was great with instant hot water, the bed super comfy. The towels and sheets were nice and the AC was cold. We used the grills on the 5th floor for our Christmas dinner and everything was wonderful. A dedicated parking spot in Waikiki? Yes please! And the washer was a bonus. I’d love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much! Mahalo!

Unit needs work good location

This particular unit has little to no sun because of large buildings surrounding it. No grab bars in bath tub. Toilet very low so not good for older renters. 95% who live here are older and old. Noisy because of street traffic and early morning patio/pool cleaning. Kitchen small wares need replacing.

The unit was clean, but older and worn. However, the location, with parking, was excellent! When we arrived on Saturday, the electronic fob for entering the building and parking did not work and we had to wait until Monday to get it fixed. However, the security people were very accommodating in letting us in and opening the parking gate as needed. Also, the covered parking space was initially difficult to find and it's a tight space. We used the alternate uncovered spot and it was fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, they hadn't cleaned the apartment after the previous guest, and our first impression was very bad. We left the house, and they came to clean it, which took around 2hrs. After that, we washed every sheet and towel again before using them. Worse than that, the apartment has a lot of cockroaches. Even one night, one of them was on my arm in the bed. We stayed there for 7 nights, and after each night, the number of them increased. I heard that finding cockroaches in Hawaii is normal due to the weather, but this apartment really needs a pesticide.
